BREAKING: California today became the first state in the nation to create rules limiting the kind of replacement tires people can buy for their car, pushing energy efficiency. The bullshit never ends. The corruption never ends. How long are people going…
California just became the first state to tell people what replacement tires they can buy. Their own analysis says the mandate will add roughly $180 million a year in tire costs.

Think it won’t affect Arizona? Think again. California’s market is so big it influences what manufacturers sell nationwide. The march of government overreach is insidious. It never stops. In Congress, I’ll fight this mandate mentality every step of the way.

THIS IS THE LEFT: New York socialist Assemblywoman Emily Gallagher argued that people should not be arrested or jailed for stealing items such as toothpaste and soap because they have a β€œbiological need.”

Gallagher accused the justice system of protecting companies such as CVS and Walgreens instead of people struggling with poverty. She claimed the real crime is New York’s wealth disparity.

Stores can't just absorb unlimited losses. They raise prices, lock up basic products or close locations entirely. Workers and law-abiding customers are left paying for the policies politicians promote from behind a microphone.

If Gallagher believes necessities should be free, is she signing up to pay for them?

717 SEARCHES. ONE LICENSE PLATE.

A Florida police officer is facing criminal charges after investigators say he repeatedly used Flock license plate cameras to track his estranged ex-wife.

According to investigators, Officer Christopher Goodson searched her license plate 717 times between September 2024 and June 2026, both while on and off duty. He reportedly told a supervisor he was trying to keep track of where his children were when they were with her.

Goodson is now charged with official misconduct and a computer-related offense and has indicated he plans to resign. Police say they’re also increasing reviews of how officers use law enforcement databases.

The case is adding to growing concerns about who has access to Flock cameras and how that powerful technology is being used.

A Virginia man accused of killing his landlord is now out of the country after authorities say he never returned from a 48-hour weekend pass from a state mental health facility.

Abdulloi Toshpulodzoda, who was found not guilty by reason of insanity and committed in 2022, was allowed to leave the facility on July 6. Instead of coming back, authorities say he headed to Dulles Airport and flew to Istanbul before continuing to Tajikistan.

A warrant is now out for his arrest. Authorities say Toshpulodzoda will be taken into custody if he returns to the United States.

LET’S GO! The FBI captured Ten Most Wanted fugitive Gregory Henderson Jr. only ONE DAY after adding him to its most wanted list.

Henderson, 46, had been a federal fugitive for nearly three years. He was arrested in Louin, Mississippi, and remains in federal custody awaiting further court proceedings.

Federal authorities allege Henderson led a violent Indianapolis gang whose drug network was supplied by the Sinaloa Cartel and distributed fentanyl, methamphetamine, and cocaine across the Midwest.

He also faces conspiracy charges involving money laundering and a dogfighting operation that authorities say caused severe abuse and death to numerous animals.

FBI Director Kash Patel says this is the NINTH Ten Most Wanted fugitive captured since President Trump returned to office.

THAT is what happens when law enforcement receives the resources and support needed to hunt dangerous fugitives relentlessly.

Join us in thanking every federal, state and local officer who helped put Henderson in custody.
