BREAKING: DFW has SCRAPPED its plan to pay for new Islamic wudu washing stations after Gov. Greg Abbott ordered a review of its state grants and referred the airport to the U.S. Department of Transportation.
News reports initially claimed the $300,000 project would be privately funded, but yesterday DFW corrected the record and said that was not the case. The airport ITSELF would have covered the estimated cost using airport revenue.
Abbott immediately intervened, declaring, βGovernment-owned airports cannot favor one religion over all others.β
He called the proposed facilities illegal religious discrimination and put DFWβs state funding under review.
Late last night, DFW spokesman Heath Montgomery said the airport had accelerated its review and βdetermined not to proceed with the project.β
We need MORE of this and more men like Governor Abbott in office.

CAUGHT RED-HANDED: Investigators found 41 sealed and completed mail-in ballots inside the home of a California politician accused of rigging his own 2020 election.
Former Lodi Councilman Shakir Khan won his race by only 282 votes.
Investigators also uncovered 71 voter registrations connected to Khan through his home address, email address or phone number. Witnesses said Khan pressured people to vote for him and completed portions of ballots before asking voters to sign them.
Khan pleaded no contest to 77 criminal counts, including election fraud and money laundering. He was sentenced in March to three years in county jail, with one year suspended under mandatory supervision.
But somehow, even with proven cases of fraud like this one, California Attorney General Rob Bonta is challenging President Trumpβs executive order, which includes unique barcode tracking for mail-ballot envelopes and access to voter eligibility lists.
Liberals have been fighting tooth and nail to avoid audits, voter ID, and stronger safeguards after 2020, for obvious reasons. Cases like these should be fully investigated and prosecuted. Election integrity matters.

PARENTS ARE FINALLY FIGHTING BACK: Public-school mosque trips are now heading to FEDERAL COURT.
The controversy erupted in Texas after public-school students were bussed to an Islamic center, where they observed prayer and heard presentations about Islam.
Now a group of parents, students and community members has filed a federal lawsuit against Californiaβs Palo Alto Unified School District over a separate mosque trip.
The lawsuit alleges students were encouraged to wear Islamic religious attire, given Qurans to take home, photographed without parental permission and exposed to a CAIR official without a balancing perspective.
They took God out of schools but THIS is OK? Make it make sense.

THIS STORY IS INSANE: A 27-year-old Arizona man is accused of killing his own parents, burying their remains in the backyard and fleeing the United States.
Police responded to Hector and Larissa Floresβ home on August 4 after relatives said they had not heard from the couple since July 29. Officers reportedly found a significant amount of blood and evidence that someone had tried to clean the scene. The coupleβs bodies were later recovered from the backyard.
Relatives told investigators that the coupleβs son, Matthew Christopher Flores Semyonov, had become furious after learning that his father had allegedly been unfaithful and his mother had chosen to remain with him. He had also allegedly warned, βYouβll get whatβs coming to you.β
Now he is wanted on a federal unlawful-flight charge and state charges including first-degree murder, domestic violence and concealment of a dead body. Authorities believe he fled the country, but they have not revealed where he may be hiding.

IT'S ABOUT TIME. Gainesville police will no longer demand that female officers search biological men claiming to be transgender.
Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier called the policy dangerous and likely illegal.
Officers were instructed to consider a detaineeβs βgender expressionβ or βgender identityβ when deciding whether a male or female officer should conduct the search. If that was unclear, they were required to ask which the detainee preferred and assign an officer based on the detaineeβs answer.
Uthmeier gave Gainesville an ultimatum: eliminate the policy by August 15 or face legal action. The city FOLDED before the deadline.
Searches should be based on biological reality, officer safety and common sense. PERIOD.
