Yesterday, Flint Post troopers Tpr. Dakota Card, Tpr. Brandon Dziurgot, Tpr. Dakota Lehman, Tpr. Steven Littleton, and Tpr. Denis McGuckin received the Michigan State Police Bravery Award for their heroic actions during a critical incident. Troopers Card and Littleton are also receiving the Lifesaving Award for saving the life of another.

On September 28, 2025, the troopers responded to an active shooter, mass casualty event at a church in Grand Blanc Township. Upon arrival, the church was fully engulfed in flames. Without hesitation, the troopers began searching for victims still trapped in the church and located a room where multiple individuals were hiding and assisted with pulling nine church members through a window.

The troopers were evaluated at the hospital for smoke inhalation and lacerations sustained during their rescue efforts.

President Trump is signing two Executive Orders to protect the meaning and value of American citizenship after Trump v. Barbara:

— The first Executive Order non-exhaustively identifies certain categories of children of aliens who are not entitled to birthright citizenship consistent with historical exceptions to birthright citizenship recognized by the Supreme Court in Barbara.

— The second Executive Order delegates presidential authorities to the Secretary of State and Secretary of Homeland Security and directs them to halt the practice of birth tourism.

Stephen Miller: "... That practice of birth tourism is, as of the signing of this order, hereby banned. What that means is that no one in the world is anymore allowed to obtain a visa for this fraudulent purpose... of everything [POTUS] has done that has been so unprecedented, I would put this in the top 3 in terms of importance because it ends what has been one of the gravest and most egregious abuses of the American system and it keeps American citizenship sacred." 🔥

POTUS: "We're cracking down very big... this will give us the right to do it in a much more forceful manner. They've taken birthright citizenship, and they've made a joke out of it."

White House Staff Secretary willscharf: "What we're doing is taking legally validated means that are clearly within our disposal and targeting them square onto this birth tourism industry. There's absolutely nothing in here that runs afoul of any of the Supreme Court's opinions on the subject."

Stephen Miller: "Birth tourism is, by definition, a fraud on the American system... if you're telling a consular officer you're here as a tourist, but your true purpose and intent is to go to a baby mill, give birth, and try to mint an American citizen while you’re here, then you’re committing a fraud against the American government— and by definition that visa can, and should, and will now be denied."

BUSTED: A NY deputy police commissioner was charged with helping her son flee after a Bronx courthouse shooting.

Jennifer Lackard, a deputy commissioner in Mount Vernon, is now facing attempted m*rder, conspiracy and weapons charges right alongside her 20-year-old son.

Prosecutors say Chase Lackard opened fire near the Bronx Hall of Justice while targeting rival gang members.

And according to investigators, his own mother helped him get away.

Jennifer Lackard is accused of driving the getaway vehicle after the shooting. Her husband was also charged, and prosecutors say the family worked together to help their son escape.

She has already been FIRED from her city job.

You cannot hold a law enforcement leadership position while allegedly helping your own son run from justice after a shooting.

A badge does NOT put anyone above the law.

NEW: ICE San Francisco arrested criminal alien Andrey Gennadyevich Vodik, 56, of Russia, in San Francisco. His criminal history includes grand theft, possession of a controlled substance and burglary. He is in ICE custody pending removal proceedings.

A Covington police K9 used a shoe left behind by a fleeing suspect to pick up a scent and track down a man after a stolen vehicle chase that began outside a department station.

NEW: The Kootenai County Sheriff's Office, Idaho deputies responded to reports of a suspicious man that was talking to children.

Deputies located the suspect and he pointed a gun at them before fleeing. K-9 Appa was deployed and tracked the suspect. An officer-involved-shooting occurred and K-9 Appa was shot suffering “significant injuries”

K-9 Appa was rushed from the scene and has undergone surgery. K-9 Appa performed with exceptional courage and professionalism, Sheriff Bob Norris said in a news release. “His actions undoubtedly helped protect our deputies and officers from serious injury or death”.

The suspect is dead ☠️

As we all pray for K-9 Appa, let’s also pray for his handler during this difficult time.🙏🏻

UPDATE: The Dallas ISD Police Department, Texas Officer who was shot today has been identified as Justin Jones.

Simply shot for trying to help someone. Thankfully another officer applied a tourniquet to his leg, likely saving his life. He was rushed to Parkland Hospital with a critical injury to his leg and taken into surgery.

A Los Angeles homeless nonprofit CEO earned more than $1.6 million in salary, bonuses and vacation payouts — despite living thousands of miles away in Hawaii.

Carol Adelkoff, from 1736 Family Crisis Center, was the highest paid homeless executive in Los Angeles after earning the whopping figure over the last two years.

She collected $907,923 in 2023 and another $742,181 in 2024, compensation that dwarfed the pay of leaders running much larger homeless service organizations across LA County.

Organs are being harvested from LIVING patients?

RFK Jr. moves to SHUT DOWN organ procurement organization after investigators found serious patient safety failures involving people showing signs of LIFE.

HHS has begun decertifying Network for Hope, the organ procurement organization serving Kentucky and parts of Indiana, Ohio and West Virginia.

Federal investigators found cases where organ procurement preparations continued despite patients showing neurological signs inconsistent with donation. Officials said some patients MAY NOT HAVE BEEN DECEASED when the process was initiated.

One of the cases involved a man hospitalized after a drug overdose who showed signs of life during the organ donation process. He SURVIVED.

RFK Jr. called the organization a “bad apple” and said patient safety comes FIRST.
Organ donation depends on TRUST.

There should be ZERO question that a patient is gone before anyone starts talking about taking their organs.
