Sanctuary politicians RELEASE criminal illegal aliens from jail and put American lives at risk.

Thank you to Douglas County for REJECTING Oregonโ€™s insane sanctuary policies and reaffirming support for our commonsense efforts to REMOVE criminals from American streets.

Cory Novick was placed on a black list in retaliation for testimony that conflicted with a political prosecution.

Placement on that list ended his careerโ€”with NO opportunity to appeal or often even find out HOW he was put on the list to begin with.

As the USMCA is being renegotiated, President Trump understands that Canada needs to step up and do their part to stop criminal activity on the border.

The US has leverageโ€” it's time for Canada to answer for its failures.

A Mississippi teenager who had previously performed work for an elderly couple is now charged with killing them inside their home.

Authorities say responding officers came under gunfire before a nearly two-hour standoff ended with the 17-year-oldโ€™s arrest. Investigators also identified him as a suspect in other property crimes in the area.

His attorney disputes the strength of the evidence and argues another person may have been involved.

Read what investigators, relatives and the defense are saying about the case here:

A vigil to โ€œhonorโ€ Corey Ruiz? Seriously. He was a career criminal felon who attacked police while armed. He should be ridiculed and forgotten about as soon as possible. These cops are victims of Ruiz.

President Donald J Trump on Iran: "We've pretty much destroyed their military. They want to meet, and we're meeting. We'll see what happens. There's a chance we could make a deal. Without what we did, they wouldn't even be talking to us."

POTUS: "We have a lot of ammunitionโ€”different types. Biden gave a lot to Ukraine, and so we're building that up, but we have a lot. We have a lot of the mid-level stuff, tooโ€”I mean more than we could ever use, no matter what."

POTUS: "We're going to use Iran's money to pay for the damage they did. In other words, the Iran money that we control will be used to pay for damages."

POTUS: "I have a good relationship with John Thune โ€” he's just gotta get his job done. You gotta get the SAVE America Act passed."

POTUS: "Rates should be lowered. This country could be at 8%, 9%, 10%, 12% GDPโ€”that's what it should be. We have other countries that are paying [lower] interest rates, and if it wasn't for us, they wouldn't even exist."

Q: "Why do you want the U.S. Senate to stay in town?"

POTUS: "What a stupid question." ๐Ÿ˜€

Q: "Prime Minister Netanyahu opposes sending the F-35s to Turkey..."

POTUS: "Nobody tells me what we should be selling or not. Turkey has been a tremendous ally."

POTUS: "I have plenty of time... There's a good chance that something could happen โ€” and if it does, good. If it doesn't, we go back to what we were doing two days ago."

DRONE PROVIDES EYES OVERHEAD DURING VEHICLE VANDALISM CALL

At approximately 9:40 a.m. on June 17, LVMPD Communications received a report of a man damaging a vehicle outside a store near Tropicana Avenue and Nellis Boulevard.

A remote drone launched from a nearby LVMPD Skyport and quickly arrived overhead, where it captured the suspect striking the vehicleโ€™s windows with a bicycle seat and a brick. The drone pilot provided real-time updates to responding officers, giving them critical information before they reached the scene.

While officers were heading to the call, Good Samaritans had intervened and subdued the suspect.

David Huerta Salgado, 39, was arrested and booked on multiple felony, gross misdemeanor and misdemeanor charges, including destroying or injuring property valued at $5,000 or more, injuring or tampering with a vehicle, resisting a public officer and possession of drug paraphernalia.

This is another example of how LVMPDโ€™s remote drone program provides officers with immediate situational awareness while helping us respond more safely and effectively.

The Cost of Criminal Justice Reform 7/27/26

Landon Player was arrested in February in McCracken County, Kentucky, on allegations that included second-degree rape, second-degree sodomy, sexual abuse, unlawful transaction with a minor, and distributing obscene matter to a minor.
Yet despite the gravity of those accusations, he was released on bond in May.

Now investigators allege that while free, he committed new offenses involving the possession of child sexual abuse material and violated the conditions of his release, so on July 20 he was arrested on new additional charges of 39 counts of possession of matter depicting sexual performance by a minor and one count of violation of conditions of release, incarcerating him in the McCracken County Regional Jail.
