WATCH LIVE: President Donald J Trump Delivers Remarks, Jul. 22, 2026
https://www.facebook.com/share/v/19CRM52YX8/
POTUS: "I'm thrilled to be back in the great state of Georgia with thousands of proud, hardworking American patriots. With your help in 2024, we earned more votes than any candidate in Georgia history... and every day since, I've been fighting for the people of Georgia like no president has ever fought before." πΊπΈ
POTUS on the Islamic Republic of Iran: "They're getting hit so hard, and they want to make a deal β but I say they're not ready to make a deal because every time they make a deal they want to change it and everything. They're not ready."
POTUS recognizes the family of fallen American hero 1st Lt. Tyler Feehan at his event in Georgia:
"I want to thank Tylerβs mother Shari, his father Stephen, and his uncle David... To Shari, and Stephen, and Davidβwe will carry Tylerβs memory in our hearts forever." ππΊπΈ
POTUS: "Every day, we're fighting to put more money back in the pockets of the hardworking American families. That's why, with the help of our incredible Republican Majorities in Congress, I proudly signed the Great Big Beautiful Bill, delivering the largest tax cuts in American history."
POTUS: This past filing season, 130,000 tipped workers right here in Georgia saved an average of $7,000 dollars on their taxes β and that's because of NO TAX ON TIPS!
POTUS: 700,000 Georgia workers saved an average of $3,000 dollars thanks to NO TAX ON OVERTIME and 500,000 Georgia seniors paid $0 on their Social Security benefits thanks to NO TAX ON SOCIAL SECURITY
POTUS: Perhaps most consequential of all is the provision of the Great Big Beautiful Bill that we're celebrating today. It's called the Trump Accounts.
Under this groundbreaking new policy, every American child gets a tax-free investment savings account that can grow over the course of their childhood and be used for them when they reach 18. Their parents, grandparents, employers, and loved ones can contribute up to $5,000 a yearβand with modest contributions, these accounts will reach hundreds of thousands of dollars.
For decades, Washington politicians gave our children absolutely nothing but debtβbut with Trump Accounts, we are finally ensuring that every young American gets a great start in life, and a really fair shot at the American Dream.
Under this system, every newborn child gets $1,000 dollars deposited in their Trump Account at birth from the United States Governmentβ think of that, the government is finally giving money back to our children.
Cole Loden, former Kennesaw State football player and Georgia resident, speaks on what TrumpAccounts mean for his young family: "As a father, it's encouraging to know that our children's future can begin with an investment from Day One." β€οΈ
Georgia father: "Standing with me today are my wife and our four beautiful children. We opened TrumpAccounts for each of them because investing in the next generation strengthens the fabric of America." πΊπΈ
"While our Administration is lifting up the next generation with the power of freedom and American Capitalism... the Radical Left is actively trying to destroy our childrenβs future with the disaster known as Communism," says POTUS.
"As I said in my recent address at Mount Rushmore... Communism is, in my opinion, the single greatest threat to our Country in its historyβincluding even World War One, World War Two, Pearl Harbor, 9/11... It is the enemy of Free People everywhere...
Communism is a loser... That's why we declare again today that the United States of America will never be a Communist Country."
As POTUS invites Braves Manager Brian Snitker and executive Mike Plant on stage in Marietta, the crowd starts doing the Tomahawk Chop.
"They say you're not allowed to do that β do it." π€£

NEW: DHS confirms that the driver arrested for killing three people in a hit and run crash in Salisbury, NC on Saturday is a Salvadoran illegal alien with prior convictions for reckless endangerment, failure to stop after an accident involving damage, and driving without a license in Maryland, plus an arrest for escaping from custody.
DHS says after his arrest for escaping from custody in Maryland in 2016, local law enforcement honored an ICE detainer and handed over Javiel Pena Sola to the custody of ICE Baltimore, but the Obama administration released him back into the country two months later.
Sola has now been charged with three felony counts of felony hit and run involving serious injury or death. He was found by a police K-9 after he tried to flee the scene of the crash.

Witnesses called 911 after spotting a large brown bear perched high on a utility crossarm in rural New Mexico. The animal appeared calm β almost unbothered β while crowds gathered below to snap photos.
But the power company arrived too late.
The bear was electrocuted and died.
Those who were there say the constant flow of bystanders stopping to take pictures may have kept the animal trapped on the pole, too scared to come down.
βPOOR BEAR. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN PREVENTED.β
A video that started as a moment of wonder on the internet became a reminder of what happens when wildlife gets too close to our world β and we fail to give them the space they need.

*AIR-51 LOCATES DOUBLE HOMICIDE SUSPECT*
On June 18, 2026, while flying in support of a CHP Crime Suppression Task Force in the City of Pomona, the crew of CHP Air-51 was advised of a suspect vehicle wanted in connection with a double homicide, which had occurred in the city earlier that afternoon.
Utilizing expertise of the highly trained aircrew and the advanced capabilities of the CHP fixed-wing aircraft, Air-51 located the suspect vehicle during afternoon rush hour traffic on the northbound I-5 freeway in the San Fernando Valley.
After locating the vehicle, Air-51 directed CHP ground units to its location and coordinated the initiation of an enforcement stop. The driver failed to yield, leading officers on a nearly two-hour pursuit through Los Angeles County and into the Antelope Valley.
Throughout the incident, Air-51 provided critical overhead support, real-time updates, and situational awareness to CHP ground units and allied public safety partners.
The pursuit ended when CHP Antelope Valley Area units successfully conducted a PIT (Pursuit Immobilization Technique) maneuver, disabling the suspect vehicle. The suspect was taken into custody without further incident.
This incident highlights the critical role CHP aviation plays in support of field-related law enforcement operations, mutual aid coordination, and public safety efforts across California.

NEW: A Madison Wisconsin police officer shot and killed a man who had injured him with a knife while resisting arrest, the city's police chief said Wednesday.
Cellphone video of the shooting circulated on social media shortly after the incident. Three gunshots can be heard on the cellphone video.
Madison Police Chief John Patterson stressed at a news conference that the footage circulating was just one perspective of what happened.
The shooting happened on a city street in a popular neighborhood lined with restaurants, bars, shops and residential homes less than two miles from the state Capitol. Footage of the incident shows numerous cars stopped in the intersection with people watching as it unfolded.
A crowd formed near where the shooting occurred on Wednesday with people chanting, "Arrest the cops!"
Police were responding to calls that someone was attempting to enter parked vehicles in the neighborhood, Patterson said. The suspect fled on a bike through nearby backyards in an attempt to get away before officers contacted him in the street, Patterson said.
The suspect either fell off of his bike or was taken off of his bike by officers and during the struggle pulled out a knife and injured an officer, Patterson said.
An officer deployed a taser but it was unsuccessful, the chief said. The same officer who was injured by the knife fired his weapon and the man who was shot died later at the hospital, the chief said. He described the officer who fired his weapon as a veteran officer, but did not reveal any other details.
Another officer was injured, but it's not clear how, Patterson said. The other two officers were uninjured.
The Wisconsin Department of Criminal Investigation will investigate the shooting because it involves police officers.
