Visited our dedicated FBI personnel, state and local partners, and our interagency teams supporting FIFA at the FBIβs Mobile Command Center and Ground Operations Command Center in Miami.
These command centers coordinate drone interdiction operations through our ground intercept teams as part of the FBIβs nationwide Counter-UAS mission supporting all 11 U.S. host cities.
These are the direct fruits of the historic Counter-UAS school stood up by the FBI at Redstone Arsenal in September. To date, working alongside our partners across the country, weβve seized more than 400 drones operating near restricted FIFA airspace.
Yesterday alone, led by FBI Miami, we seized seven drones, with an additional seven drone interdictions during Fan Fest programming.
This effort is made possible through our partnership with the White House World Cup Task Force and the outstanding support of Miami law enforcement.
Thanks to all of our teams working tirelessly to safeguard our host cities, fans, and athletes.

Please, keep the deputy Howard's family, the Marked Tree Police Department, and all law enforcement officers in your thoughts and prayers.ππ»
A Marked Tree police officer was killed and another officer was injured in an early morning crash Sunday in Poinsett County.
According to Arkansas State Police, the collision happened around 2:50 a.m. at the intersection of Broadway (Highway 14) and Nathan Street.
Officer Trevor Howard, 25, who joined the Marked Tree Police Department as a full-time officer in May, died from injuries he suffered in the crash.
Officer Anthony Johnson, 22, was driving the departmentβs Dodge Ram 1500 patrol vehicle with Howard riding in the passenger seat. Johnson was taken to NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital in Jonesboro with injuries that were not considered life-threatening.
Investigators said a 1991 Mercury Grand Marquis driven by 28-year-old Kareem Jones of Marked Tree was traveling north on Broadway when he allegedly failed to stop at a stop sign and struck the patrol vehicle on the passenger side. The impact caused the police vehicle to overturn.
Jones suffered serious injuries and was airlifted to Regional One Health in Memphis for treatment.
Arkansas State Police is investigating the crash. Authorities have not released any additional information, and updates are expected as the investigation continues.

It is with profound sadness that we honor the life and sacrifice of Officer Trevor Howard of the Marked Tree Police Department, who lost his life in a motor vehicle crash while serving the citizens of Marked Tree early this morning.ππ»
Officer Howard was killed early Sunday morning while serving his community. His father remembered him as a man who loved his family, his church, and wearing the badge.

A new analysis suggests the concern is much broader than we thought.
The majority of Democrats still view crime in the U.S. as a serious national concern.

Please leave your prayers the Forrest County Sheriff's Office, Mississippi, is mourning the loss of Investigator Andretta English, who passed away following injuries sustained in an off-duty motorcycle accident.
"Investigator English passed away early this morning after courageous but unsuccessful efforts by a team of dedicated trauma surgeons and medical professionals to save her life following injuries she sustained in a motorcycle accident on Saturday.
Andretta joined the Forrest County Sheriff's Office on February 26, 2024, serving first as a Patrol Deputy. From her very first day, her passion for serving others was evident. Her dedication, strong work ethic, and unwavering commitment to this profession quickly earned the respect of those around her. Earlier this year, she was assigned to the Investigations Division, where she continued to excel and make a lasting impact on our agency and the citizens we serve.
Andretta was known for her quiet strength, determined spirit, and compassionate heart. She approached every assignment with professionalism and integrity, and her kindness touched everyone who had the privilege of working alongside her. She will be deeply missed by her Sheriff's Office family and by all who knew her.
Before answering the call to law enforcement, Andretta spent several years serving her community with AAA Ambulance Service. The compassion, professionalism, and dedication she demonstrated as a paramedic carried with her throughout her law enforcement career."
Rest Easy Sister. Prayers for her family of blue and blood.ππ»

Police in Western Australia have agreed to review how they interacted with Virginia Giuffre, one of the most prominent victims of the disgraced US financier Jeffrey Epstein, in the lead-up to her death a year ago by suicide.
Giuffreβs brother and sister-in-law, Sky and Amanda Roberts, told ABC radio on Wednesday morning that they had written to both the state coroner and the police requesting an investigation into how police handled a domestic violence dispute she was involved in before she took her life on her WA farm last April at age 41.
Giuffre, who is American but had lived in Australia for years, was involved in a dispute with a former partner.

Itβs pointless to continue the fight against the madness. Democrats in America thrive on communism, fraud, and illegal immigration, turning a blind eye to crime, while feckless Republicans huff and puff and just sit on their hands. Itβs hopeless, and Iβm sick of it all.

BET weekend is underway Los Angeles and the city hasnβt changed a bit. City officials have been working endlessly to try and clean up the streets before BET weekend but when Los Angeles is hosting multiple entertainment events like the FIFA World Cup, the biggest music concerts, and multiple festivals resources get spread thin and some parts get overlooked. Areas deemed more important gets more of the focus where as other areas are left to fend for their own.

"We have socialism already...the fire stations we call upon"
Sure, if we ignore the fire engines, PPE, hoses, gated wyes, tankers, retardant, copters, chainsaws, and everything they use to save lives are created by private industry and only made possible through capitalist private sector supply chains.
Let's not forget, while the rest of the Palisades burned to the ground because our socialist government leaders slashed the LAFD budget by $17M, Rick Caruso hired private firefighters to successfully save all of his assets in the Village.
Fire departments aren't socialist...they operate in a MIXED ECONOMY. This is basic economics, folks. I can't tell if these socialists are filthy liars, or they're really just this stupid. Maybe it's both?
