This case was prosecuted right here in the Central District of California, where a Los Angeles jury returned a guilty verdict for this egregious $45 million Botox fraud scheme.
My office is working overtime to return as much money as possible from this defendant to the American taxpayer.
Following the conviction, the jury found that a Tesla Model X, a Tesla Cybertruck, $251,124 in multiple bank accounts, brokerage accounts valued at $7,312,037 at the time of seizure, and four properties in Surfside and Glendale, California, with combined estimated equity of $7,343,636, were proceeds of the fraud subject to forfeiture. All this property now legally belongs to the United States government.

UPDATE: An Owen County deputy was shot while serving a welfare check on Friday afternoon.
According to Indiana State Police, the deputy was airlifted to a hospital in stable condition.
Owen County deputies reportedly arrived on the scene near the town of Spencer around 3:30 p.m. on behalf of the probation department after 58-year-old Wendell Hart missed his court date.
As the first deputy arrived to serve a welfare check, shots were fired towards them, resulting in the deputy calling for backup.
Initially, law enforcement was unsure whether Hart remained in the residence or had retreated to a nearby wooded area, prompting the Owen County Sheriffβs Department to warn the public about a βcriminal incidentβ on Texas Pike about a half mile south of Clark Road.
According to ISP, Hart had barricaded himself, and once additional officers arrived, he fired shots at officers, which led them to return fire. A deputy was struck by gunfire during the exchange.
An ISP SWAT team entered the residence and took Hart into custody. He was then transported to a local hospital for injuries he received during the incident.
Hart reportedly gave himself up willingly after crisis negotiators and people who knew Hart were able to talk him down. Police reported that they negotiated with Hart for about two hours.
The exact number of officers who discharged their weapons during the incident is currently unknown. ISP has indicated that it has taken the lead on the investigation of the shooting. State police will turn their findings over to the Owen County Prosecutorβs Office for review once they have completed their investigation.
Please join us in sending prayers and, or positive thoughts for the deputy's recoveryππ»

Barack Hussein Obamaβs Deal with Iran, the JCPOA, was an easy, beautiful, smooth road to a Nuclear Weapon, which Iran would have had six years ago, and would have used long before now. My Agreement with Iran is the exact opposite, A WALL TO NO NUCLEAR WEAPON! In fact, they no longer want a Nuclear Weapon, nor will they have one, either through purchase, development, or any other form of procurement. The Deal is scheduled to get signed tomorrow, and immediately after it is signed, the Hormuz Strait is OPEN TO ALL. Our relationship with Iran is a much different and better one than previous Administrations have had. Unlike Obamaβs Hundreds of Billions of Dollars in payments to them, including 1.7 Billion Dollars in green, cold cash, no money will exchange hands. At the appropriate time, when all is calm, we will go in and get the Nuclear Dust, buried deep under the powerful sunken granite mountains, thanks to our beautiful B-2 Bombers and their brilliant pilots, and downblend and destroy it, whether in Iran, or the United States. We look forward to working with Iran, and the entire Middle East, long into the future. Hopefully, this process will all work out quickly, easily, and smoothly. If it doesnβt, we have the ultimate alternative, hopefully never to be used again! Thank you for your attention to this matter!!! President DONALD J. TRUMP
