With profound sadness we would like to announce the passing of Retired Memphis TN Police Officer John David Birch, AKA "Wild Bill" May 8, 2026. Born in 1940 John entered service with the US Navy in 1958 serving in a combat search and rescue helecopter squadron during the Vietnam war. John retired from the navy with 22 years of service in 1980, settling in Memphis, TN. John was then hired by the Memphis Police Department serving in uniform patrol (West Precinct), Sergeant in the Robbery Bureau, Organized Crime with his K9 partner Mrs Bubba, and as a DEA task force officer. John never met a stranger and was liked by everyone he worked with. As the saying goes "I am a faithful follower of brother John Birch".

Rest Easy Brother. Prayers for his family of blue and blood. 🙏🏻

The City of Minneapolis held a ceremony officially renaming Blaisdell Avenue between Franklin Avenue West and 22nd Street West Officer Jamal Mitchell Way.

The deputy who was killed overnight has been identified as Deputy Logan Utt. Utt had served with the Carroll County Sheriff's Office since 2023 and joined after serving in the military.

Deputy Utt, a military veteran, served his community with courage and dedication for more than two years. We extend our deepest condolences to his wife, children, loved ones, fellow deputies, and the entire Carroll County Sheriff’s Office.

So now, the Kennedy Center will collapse, both structurally and financially. Judge Cooper and his wife, Amy Jeffress (obfuscation anyone?), should be ashamed of themselves. On May 30, at the direction of SOUTHCOM commander Gen. Francis L. Donovan, Joint Task Force Southern Spear conducted a lethal kinetic strike on a vessel operated by Designated Terrorist Organizations. Intelligence confirmed the vessel was transiting along known narco-trafficking routes in the Eastern Pacific and was engaged in narco-trafficking operations. Three male narco-terrorists were killed during this action. No U.S. military forces were harmed.
