The FBIβs National Counter-Unmanned Training Center (NCUTC) at Redstone Arsenal is the first of its kind and is playing a central role in training our federal, state, and local law enforcement officers in combatting the evolving threats of drones. This is particularly critical ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup, America 250 celebrations, and the 2028 Summer Olympics. Grateful for the support from the Trump Administration in advancing our national security by supporting this program.
Today, Iβm proud to congratulate the graduates from the NCUTC in Huntsville. Your work is more important now than ever.

BREAKING: Brenda Lee Brown Armstrong, 64, of Marina del Rey, is expected to appear today in federal court in Santa Ana, California, on a single-count information charging her with paying another person to register to vote, a felony punishable by a statutory maximum sentence of five years in federal prison.
She is expected to plead guilty in the coming weeks.
Armstrong has worked for approximately 20 years as a βpetition circulatorβ who traveled throughout the Los Angeles area to gather signatures for ballot initiatives in California elections.
She didnβt do this for charity or out of the kindness of her heart: The more signatures she got from registered voters, the more her supervisors paid her.
Starting no later than last year, Armstrong began paying people, including homeless individuals in downtown L.A.βs Skid Row neighborhood, to sign petitions and to register to vote. She sometimes listed a former address of hers when some people had no address to list.
Because California automatically sends a vote-by-mail ballot to every registered voter, this also meant ballots in some homeless individualsβ names could have the potential to be sent to Armstrongβs former residence where the homeless individual did not live or collect mail.
Californiaβs lax attitude towards voter registration endangers our democracy. We wonβt stand by when ballot box corruption threatens the foundations of our republic.
