DEVELOPING: Santa Barbara Police have a suspect cornered at the La Cumbre Mall who reportedly fired a weapon, John Palminteri reports.

Multiple police units are swarming a bathroom where the man ran into.  It is unclear what kind of weapon it was. They are negotiating with the suspect to surrender.

BREAKING: A fire broke out at Chalmette Refining Friday afternoon after residents reported hearing a large explosion, according to the St. Bernard Parish Sheriff’s Office, Louisiana.
