The widow of a Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department deputy who was killed in an explosion last year has filed a legal claim saying that the department failed her husband and that he was not properly trained for the incident that killed him.

The Clearwater Police Department, Florida responded to a disturbance call just before 9 p.m. Tuesday. They state, a 23-year-old woman stabbed another woman at the scene and also injured a responding officer. The civilian victim was transported to Orlando Health Bayfront Hospital as a trauma alert with potentially life-threatening injuries. The officer was taken to Morton Plant Hospital and is expected to recover from non-life-threatening injuries. Please join us in sending prayers and, or, positive thoughts for their recovery.🙏🏻
