The Democrats want to give our Country away to the illegals who they allowed to pour through our now very strong Border. I wonβt allow that to happen. The Democrats are grossly incompetent! ICE is ready to go on Monday. President DONALD J. TRUMP

DEVELOPING: Tamworth, New Hampshire - Part of the floor collapsed into the basement during an event here. 145 people were present at the time. At least 10 ambulances have been requested for those injured. Some people may still be trapped.
More details will be provided as they become available.
NEWS RELEASE: MULTIPLE PEOPLE HOSPITALIZED AFTER FLOOR COLLAPSES AT TAMWORTH WEDDING VENUE
TAMWORTH, N.H. β New Hampshire State Fire Marshal Sean P. Toomey and Tamworth Fire/Rescue Chief Richard Colcord announce a joint investigation is underway after a floor collapsed at a wedding venue in the White Mountains community of Tamworth.
At 4:33 p.m. Saturday, March 21, 2026, members of Tamworth Fire/Rescue were requested to respond to The Preserve at Chocorua, at 88 Philbrick Neighborhood Road in Tamworth, for reports that a floor had collapsed during a wedding. Callers reported that more than 100 people were on the floor when it collapsed into the basement, and multiple people were trapped under beams as well as farming equipment.
When first responders arrived on scene, they learned that venue staff and wedding guests had already provided initial first aid to some guests and used ladders to help individuals who fell through the collapsed floor. Firefighters assisted additional guests and began on-scene evaluations of those who reported injuries. Multiple mutual aid partners from surrounding communities were also requested to respond to the scene or provide station coverage.
Six adults were transported by ambulance with non-life-threatening injuries to area hospitals, and multiple other guests were treated at the scene. Four of those hospitalized have since been released. The full extent of injuries as a result of the incident remains under investigation.
Investigators with the New Hampshire State Fire Marshalβs Office have responded to the scene and are leading the investigation into the incident. The preliminary investigation has determined that at the start of the wedding ceremony, 144 guests were in the venueβs Sap House building when the floor collapsed and nearly 70 people, about half of the guests, fell through an approximately 20-by-20-foot opening into the basement.
While the investigation is in its early stages, investigators believe the building was over capacity prior to the floor collapse. Anyone with information that may assist the investigation is encouraged to contact the New Hampshire State Fire Marshalβs Office at (603) 223-4289 or fmo@dos.nh.gov. No further information is available at this time.

After 30 years with the Sacramento County Sheriffβs Office, our Food Services Manager Ioan Stefanescu is retiring this week. He started in 1996 as a Cook 1 and worked his way up through the Main Jail and R3C before becoming Food Services Manager in 2014. For three decades, Ioan has been part of the team supporting food services in our correctional facilities, an impressive length of time in any career and especially rare in this profession. It is not often you see someone dedicate that kind of time to one role and one organization. We are grateful for everything he has contributed over the years and wish him all the best in retirement.
