BREAKING: Major Crash Shuts Down U.S. Highway 80 in Kaufman County, Texas.

"At approximately 7:50 a.m. Thursday morning, emergency crews responded to a multi-vehicle crash involving an 18-wheeler along the U.S. Highway 80 service road near Townsend Road in Kaufman County.

The incident occurred outside the City of Forney limits, but the Forney Police Department is assisting alongside fire and emergency personnel at the scene. The crash involved multiple vehicles, including an 18-wheeler that caught fire.

Eastbound U.S. Highway 80 is currently shut down at Gateway Blvd to allow emergency crews to work safely and manage the scene. Motorists traveling eastbound should expect delays and are encouraged to seek alternate routes if possible.

Because the crash occurred outside of city limits, the Kaufman County Sheriff’s Office will be leading the investigation. There are no further details available at this time."

NEW: On March 12, USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN 78) experienced a fire that originated in the ship’s main laundry spaces. The cause of the fire was not combat-related and is contained.

There is no damage to the ship’s propulsion plant, and the aircraft carrier remains fully operational.

Two Sailors are currently receiving medical treatment for non-life-threatening injuries and are in stable condition. Additional information will be provided when available.

The Gerald R. Ford Carrier Strike Group is currently operating in the Red Sea in support of Operation Epic Fury.

CAPTURED: Another FBI Most Wanted - Samuel Ramirez Jr., apprehended in Sinaloa, Mexico.

Ramirez was on the run for nearly 3 years for his alleged involvement in the murder of two female victims May 21, 2023. After the alleged murders, he was believed to have fled the country. He was formally charged with murder May 24, 2023 - and a federal arrest warrant issued November 14, 2025.

Hours ago, Ramirez was just returned from Mexico to the United States and landed in Seattle - taken into custody by Federal Way Police - where he will face justice.

This is yet another most wanted high value target captured under this FBI and TheJusticeDept with President Trump’s leadership.

Washington State Trooper injured after pursuit leads to crash on I-205.

According to the Vancouver Fire Department, just after 11:30 p.m., crews were dispatched after Vancouver police had found a vehicle associated with a suspect and attempted to stop them.
Officials said the vehicle fled from police, and eventually, they hit spike strips set up on Interstate 205, where they continued to drive until they crashed into a Washington State Patrol car.

Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene, where they said they treated three patients with various injuries, including one WSP trooper.
All three were transported to a nearby hospital for evaluation.

The Washington State Patrol confirmed the trooper was inside his patrol vehicle when it was struck. He suffered minor injuries and has been released from the hospital

UPDATE: A car crashed into a Jewish synagogue in West Bloomfield, and shots were fired after the crash, according to police.
Oakland County deputies confirmed there’s an “active situation” at the Temple Israel at 5725 Walnut Lake Road in West Bloomfield Township, near the intersection of Walnut Lake and Drake raods.
Police sources believe a vehicle was intentionally driven into the building, and the car then caught on fire. The smoke at the scene is from the car fire.

NEW: An illegal alien who was caught and released at the border by the Biden admin in August 2021 is now charged with severely abusing & killing his 3-year-old nephew in FL, leaving him with 17 strikes to his head, burns, bruising, broken bones, and trauma to internal organs. ICE has placed a detainer on Samuel Antonio Maldonado-Erazo, who is now charged with manslaughter.

Police say his sister was deported last month and left her 3-year-old son in his care instead of taking him with her, Bill Melugin reports.
