BREAKING OVERNIGHT: A shooting left four men injured Thursday night in Apopka, Florida, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office said.

On arrival, deputies found two men suffering from gunshot wounds. Paramedics transported both individuals to a local hospital for treatment, the sheriff’s office said. While deputies were investigating the scene, they learned about two additional shooting victims.

An OCSO spokesperson said those two men took themselves to a nearby hospital for injuries described as non-life-threatening.
The sheriff’s office said the victims involved in the shooting are between the ages of 21 and 48.
Investigators have not said if they have made any arrests or have any suspects in the case.

53 House Dems vote against declaring Iran a state sponsor of terror.

The resolution, put forward by Rep. Brian Mast, R-Fla., passed by a 372-53 vote on Thursday, with all those voting no being Democrats. Two Democrats also voted present. 
Among those who voted against the measure were all the members of the "Squad," such as Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., Rep. Ayanna Pressley, D-Mass., and Rep. Rashida Tlaib, D-Mich.

OPERATION DEAD HORSE: Yesterday, USAO Los Angeles announced the arrests of 12 members and associates of the 18th Street Gang  – L.A.’s largest street gang – on charges alleging murder, extortion, and drug trafficking tied to the MacArthur Park Area.

“For far too long, 18th Street and other criminals have been allowed to turn one of the city’s most beautiful public spaces into a crime-infested pit. Officer Justin Bozeman of the Miami-Dade Corrections and Rehabilitation Department has passed away following an off-duty motorcycle crash in Sunrise, Florida. Officers responded to a collision between a vehicle and Bozeman's motorcycle on University Drive, where he was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident remains under investigation as authorities work to determine the full circumstances of the crash.

Officer Bozeman was known among colleagues and peers for his professionalism and commitment to public safety, dedicating his career to corrections work in Miami-Dade. He is remembered as a trusted friend, mentor, and someone who approached life with dedication, courage, and a sense of duty.

Prayers for the DeKalb County officer who was stabbed in the line of duty overnight🙏🏻

Georgia: A man cut a DeKalb County officer with a knife during a struggle at a gas station, according to police.

Officers responded Friday morning to 5401 Covington Hwy for reports of an intoxicated man disturbing customers at the convenience store.

When officers entered the store, they say the man attacked them and pulled out a knife. One of the officers was cut several times during the fight and taken to the hospital.
More officers responded and were able to take the suspect into custody. Police said the officer who was cut is expected to be OK.

As police officers, you never know what the next call or the next moment will bring. For several members of the SCPD, that moment meant running toward a burning vehicle to save a life.

On November 24, Highway Patrol Officers Craig Capobianco and Robert Rosciano, Canine Officers Michael Renna and Robert Stroehlein, and Sixth Precinct Officer Joseph Nofi rescued 19-year-old Patchogue resident Kervens Lesperance after a serious crash on Nicolls Road. Lesperance’s Jeep struck an overpass, overturned, and caught fire while he was unconscious and pinned inside.

Working together, the officers extinguished the flames and pulled him from the vehicle, saving his life.

We are proud of the courage, teamwork, and professionalism demonstrated by these officers. Their actions reflect the dedication our members bring to the job every single day.
