Sgt. 1st Class Noah L. Tietjens, 42, of Bellevue, Nebraska.
Sgt. 1st Class Nicole M. Amor, 39, of White Bear Lake, Minnesota.
Sgt. Declan J. Coady, 20, of West Des Moines, Iowa.

All four were assigned to the 103rd Sustainment Command, an Army Reserve sustainment unit out of Iowa.

The two other soldiers who were killed in the strike on Sunday have not yet been identified.

It processes emergency calls, tracks officer locations, and coordinates incident responses. Serving as the central hub for deploying patrol units, mapping scenes, and documenting event details, CAD significantly enhances situational awareness for officers in the field, per CodeThreeNews.

When CAD goes down, operations shift to manual processes: radio traffic, handwritten logs, and limited real-time tracking. That can mean slower response times and reduced situational awareness during active incidents.

This is a developing situation. If you’re in Los Angeles and need emergency assistance, continue calling 911, but be aware dispatch operations may be operating under contingency protocols.

NEW: A Lower East Side school went into lockdown Tuesday as police and NYPD School Safety agents arrested a 16-year-old boy found carrying a loaded firearm inside the school.

Administrators at Cascades High School on Forsyth St. near Stanton St. received an anonymous tip that the teen had a gun in his possession around 11:15 a.m. Tuesday, cops said.

As the school went into lockdown, cops and school safety agents found the teen and confronted him.

The officers scuffled with the boy and wrestled him to the ground before taking him into custody, a source with knowledge of the case said.

A firearm was found in the youth’s waistband.

He was taken into custody. No injuries were reported and criminal charges weren’t immediately filed.

Cascades High School does not have metal detectors inside the school, officials said.

Arizona: A Maricopa County Sheriff's Office deputy was hospitalized after a stolen ATV driver crashed into their patrol car in Youngtown, near Surprise.

The deputy tried to stop the driver around 3 a.m. March 3, but they fled the scene, striking the front end of the patrol car in the process, spokesperson Dave Moyer said.

The vehicle was undrivable, and the deputy was taken to the hospital to be evaluated before being released, according to Moyer. Please join us in sending prayers and, or positive thoughts for a full recovery🙏🏻

"The ATV was later found, but the suspect is outstanding," Moyer said.

Detectives were investigating, Moyer said.
