SCOOP: Two heroic off-duty ICE officers patrolling Minnesota saved the life of a four-year-old boy who drowned after falling into a hotel pool.
The young boyβs panicked mother approached the officers last Friday as they were eating at a restaurant in the Minneapolis suburb of Plymouth hoping they could help save her unresponsive son. The officers jumped to the rescue.
The child had been under water for over five minutes after jumping into the pool to find a toy.
The agents performed CPR on the child for several minutes before paramedics arrived and he eventually regained consciousness.
Daily Wire obtained a letter the Plymouth Police Department sent to ICE in recognition of their heroic actions, saying the federal officers responded βwithout hesitation β¦ immediately began CPR and activated emergency medical services.β
βIn a situation like this, the first few minutes of emergency aid and quality CPR are critical. Without the quick response and professional actions [of the officers] the outcome of this event would have likely been tragic.β

The high-pressure system over Southern California is really going to crank up the heat. Conditions will peak on Friday and Saturday before a low-pressure system off the coast moves in.
Northern California forecast: Dense fog advisory on Thursday morning. The fog is back on Thursday with a Dense Fog Advisory in effect in the Valley until 10 a.m. Once the fog lifts mid-morning, expect partly sunny skies with highs climbing to the low 70s. Our normal is 64, and the daily record high is 76. It will still be a little muggy as clouds and moisture continue to flow from southwest.

Performing my role as Secretary of Homeland Security has shown me just how real and dangerous the deep state really is.
Elon Musk helped us find that a few DHS staff had installed spying software on the phones and computers of myself and other political hires. We found secret, secure rooms with hidden files that we turned over to attorneys.
Under the leadership of President Trump, DHS is returning to the standard of excellence and behavior we expect our government agencies to function at. We will root out actors who do not have the interests of America in mind.

The Biden administrationβs open border policies lost over 450,000 children. Many of these unaccompanied minors were even taken to corrupt sponsors, paid by the Biden administration.
In one year, under the leadership of President Trump, we have found 150,000 of these missing children.
As soon as President Trump secured our border, the number of child trafficking fell dramatically because criminals knew they could no longer get away with exploiting our open border. We will not stop until we eliminate the scourge of child trafficking.

My colleagues and I are calling on the Governor to remove the parole commissioners who voted to release child rapist David Allen Funston.
Californians deserve a parole process grounded in sound judgment, unwavering accountability and commitment to victim safety.
Decisions involving violent crimes against children demand the highest level of scrutiny and seriousness.
When that standard is not met, there must be consequences. This decision should be a fireable offense.
Senator Suzette Valladares
