Please, pray for the Phoenix Police officer who was shot in the line of duty last night.๐Ÿ™๐Ÿป

Arizona: Just after 8 p.m., Phoenix police were called to the area near 19th Avenue and Broadway Road for a report of a man pointing a gun at his daughters.
When officers arrived, they were directed to the suspect, who was located across the street at a park.

Officials say the man began to leave the area on a bicycle, and officers followed him through the neighborhood.
The man reportedly rode a short distance, then got off the bicycle and ran toward a residence.
Officials say officers used "less-lethal" tools to stop him, but it did not work.

At this time, a second officer attempted to apprehend the man from behind by using bodily force. Officials say the officer and the man fell forward to the ground, causing the man's gun to fire, striking both of them.

The man was taken to a hospital, where he died from his injuries. His name has not been released.

The officer was taken to a hospital for non-life-threatening injuries and has since been released.

MAYOR MAMDANI: โ€œSo I've seen videos of kids throwing snowballs at members of the NYPD in Washington Square Park.โ€

โ€œAnd first, I want to say that officers have been on the front line of helping our city respond to this blizzard.โ€

โ€œThe only person in our city's workforce who deserves to be treated with a snowball is me.โ€

โ€ฆ

REPORTER: โ€œThe head of the PBA says that the people who were involved in attacking the police officers should be charged criminally with assault on a police officer. I wonder if you agree with that, if those people can be identified?โ€

MAYOR MAMDANI: โ€œYeah, I don't from the videos that I've seen, it looks like a snowball fight.โ€

I have instructed FEMA to continue tracking the impacts of the dangerous norโ€™easter that brought blizzard conditions, hurricane-force wind gusts and multiple feet of snow across many states this weekend.

FEMA has been in close contact with affected state emergency management agencies as they respond and we stand ready to support as needed.

Critical life safety and federal emergency response functions continue with no delay.

If you were affected by this storm, please continue to stay safe by following instructions from your local officials. Even after the storm passes, many dangers remain. As emergency crews are working to clear roads and restore power, stay inside and follow safety tips from http://Ready.gov to protect yourselves and your families.

Dear Conspiracy theorists.. you were right again.

The CIA just republished declassified files related to โ€œProject Artichokeโ€ โ€” A Secret Government Program Designed to manipulate Americans' minds through covert drugging with vaccines

Project Artichoke (1951โ€“1956), a secret early Cold War program focused on mind control, behavior modification, and advanced interrogation techniques.

Key revelations from the documents include CIA plans to create and deploy chemicals/drugs that could be slipped covertly into everyday itemsโ€”food, water, Coca-Cola, beer, liquor, cigarettes, or even medical treatments like vaccinations and injectionsโ€”to alter peopleโ€™s behavior without their knowledge.

Researchers explored two main categories of long-term compounds:
- Agitating effects (causing anxiety, nervousness, tension).
- Depressing effects (inducing despondency, hopelessness, lethargy).

The program also examined hypnosis, psychological techniques, gases/aerosols, oxygen deprivation, and other methods to compel people to act against their will (including criminal acts) while remaining unaware.

Human testing was discussed on vulnerable groups such as prisoners, soldiers, and psychiatric patients, without consent.

Project Artichoke is the direct predecessor to the more infamous MKUltra program (which began in 1953 and expanded the work with LSD and hundreds of subprojects).

The Citrus County Sheriffโ€™s Office, Florida, is heartbroken to announce the passing of former Citrus County ๐—ฆ๐—ต๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ณ๐—ณ ๐—–๐—ต๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—น๐—ฒ๐˜€ โ€œ๐—–๐—ต๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ฒโ€ ๐——๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ป ๐—ฆ๐—ฟ., who died in the early morning hours of February 23, 2026. His loss is deeply felt across our agency, and throughout the community he served with an enduring devotion.

Sheriff Dean led Citrus County from 1980 to 1996, a period marked by tremendous growth and change. His leadership helped shape the identity of the Sheriffโ€™s Office, strengthening its connection to the community and laying the groundwork for the agency we know today. His commitment to public service extended far beyond his years as Sheriff. He represented the people of Florida in the Florida House of Representatives from 2002 to 2007 and later in the Florida Senate from 2007 to 2016, continuing his lifelong mission to serve others.

Sheriff Dean is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Judy, their children Shannon and Charlie, and grandchildren Charles III, Austin, and Claire. His family was his greatest source of pride, and he carried their love with him through every chapter of his life.

Those who knew him remember a man who stood tall in every sense.
