Woman Found Inside Trash Truck In Los Angeles
A routine trash pickup took a shocking turn Wednesday afternoon in Canoga Park when a woman was discovered inside a garbage truck.
At approximately 2:10pm on February 11, 2026, a trash truck driver was servicing dumpsters along his route in the alley of the 7200 block of Topanga Canyon Boulevard. According to the driver, he inspected a dumpster before emptying it into his truck, confirming it appeared to contain only trash.
After dumping the contents into the truck, the driver paused before activating the truckβs compactor, a decision that likely prevented serious injury. Moments later, he looked up and saw a woman standing on top of the pile of trash inside the truck.
The Los Angeles Fire Department responded to the scene as a technical rescue. Firefighters worked to safely remove the woman from the truck. During the incident, the woman placed a bucket over her head and later threw it down, nearly striking a firefighter below.
Crews were able to assist her down from the truck without injury. However, before paramedics could conduct a medical evaluation, the woman ran off into a nearby alley.
It remains unclear how long she had been inside the dumpster prior to pickup or what circumstances led to the incident.

βAnd he said unto them, I beheld Satan as lightning fall from heaven. Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.β

BREAKING: Federal immigration surge in Minnesota is winding down after "a big change here in the last couple of weeks," border czar Tom Homan announces
TOM HOMAN: "Enough is enough with this misguided, reckless, and shameful behavior."
"We don't want to see any more bloodshed. I don't want to see any more bloodshed. I pray every night for the safety of law enforcement personnel and the safety of those in the community."
"I don't want to see anybody harmed."
TOM HOMAN on "unfounded complaints" about ICE agents:
"ICE has not arrested anybody inside a hospital. We have not arrested anybody inside of a school. We have not arrested anybody inside a church. As a matter of fact, the only ones that disrespected the sanctuary of a church were the agitators that have been arrested and prosecuted."
"It shouldn't be a partisan issue that you arrest public safety threats in the safety and security of a jail. Releasing public safety threats back into the public is just stupid... I hope Congress takes action on sanctuary cities and sanctuary states."
TOM HOMAN on operation in Minneapolis: "I have proposed, and President Trump has concurred, that this surge operation conclude."
"A significant drawdown has already been underway this week and will continue through the next week."
