Earlier today, SafeNet alerted officers to a red Ford F150 that had been stolen from Ashland City, Tennessee.

A-Shift officers quickly located the vehicle at the Speedway gas station on Murfreesboro Road.

During the investigation, officers found the driver, a 47-year-old man from Cheatham County, was in possession of suspected fentanyl and cocaine.

Officers also learned the man had a felony larceny warrant out of Ashland City.

The man was taken into custody without incident. Multiple charges are pending.

We appreciate the swift response of our officers and their continued dedication to keeping our community safe.

Grateful for the swift action by our officers in locating and apprehending the suspect.

Ontario won't even put U.S. spirits, beverages, and other alcoholic products, on their shelves, they are absolutely prohibited from doing so and now, on top of everything else, Prime Minister Carney wants to make a deal with China — which will eat Canada alive. We’ll just get the leftovers! I don't think so. The first thing China will do is terminate ALL Ice Hockey being played in Canada, and permanently eliminate The Stanley Cup. The Tariffs Canada charges us for our Dairy products have, for many years, been unacceptable, putting our Farmers at great financial risk. I will not allow this bridge to open until the United States is fully compensated for everything we have given them, and also, importantly, Canada treats the United States with the Fairness and Respect that we deserve. We will start negotiations, IMMEDIATELY. With all that we have given them, we should own, perhaps, at least one half of this asset. The revenues generated because of the U.S. Market will be astronomical. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

BREAKING: The San Francisco based 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has issued an order siding with DHS on termination of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for migrants from Nicaragua, Honduras, and Nepal, freezing a lower court order that vacated Secretary Noem’s decision to end the TPS protections.

The 9th Circuit writes:

“The government is likely to prevail in its argument that the Secretary’s decision-making process in terminating TPS for Honduras, Nicaragua, and Nepal was not arbitrary and capricious. Specifically, the government can likely show that the administrative record adequately supports the Secretary’s action, that the TPS statute does not require the Secretary to consider intervening country conditions arising after the events that led to the initial TPS designation, and that the Secretary’s decision not to consider intervening conditions does not amount to an unexplained change in policy.”

NEW: Three people were shot at the Phoenix Rising apartment complex in Auburn, WA police confirmed Monday afternoon.

Officers responded to the incident at the complex, a permanent supportive housing facility for homeless young adults ages 18-25, after receiving a report of a woman with a gunshot wound. Upon arrival, they discovered two additional victims.

The public information officer indicated that the shooting likely occurred inside the establishment. At least once victim was shot multiple times. The shooter at large.

On Feb. 9, at the direction of SOUTHCOM commander Gen. Francis L. Donovan, Joint Task Force Southern Spear conducted a lethal kinetic strike on a vessel operated by Designated Terrorist Organizations. Intelligence confirmed the vessel was transiting along known narco-trafficking routes in the Eastern Pacific and was engaged in narco-trafficking operations. Two narco-terrorists were killed and one survived the strike. Following the engagement, USSOUTHCOM immediately notified U.S. Coast Guard to activate the Search and Rescue system for the survivor.

A New York State trooper was injured in the line of duty while assisting a driver early Saturday morning on the westbound Thruway in Lancaster.
Two troopers were outside their patrol car on the left shoulder when a Kia sedan spun out of control and hit the rear of the troopers' vehicle, according to police. The impact pushed the patrol car into one of the troopers, causing her to be thrown into the snow on the side of the road.
The trooper, whose name has not been released, was taken to Erie County Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. She has since been released.
