BREAKING: Texas federal judge Fred Biery (Clinton appointee) has ordered the release of 5-year-old Liam Conejo Ramos & his father from ICE detention in TX. In his decision, he includes a photo of the boy and gets todayβs date wrong (Feb 31st doesnβt even exist) while saying that ICEβs administrative warrants βdo not pass probable cause musterβ¦that is called the Fox guarding the henhouseβ¦the Constitution requires an independent judicial officer.β
Judge Biery then goes on to write:
βObserving human behavior confirms that for some among us, the perfidious lust for unbridled power and the imposition of cruelty in its quest know no bounds and are bereft of human decency. And the rule of law be damned. Ultimately, Petitioners may, because of the arcane United States immigration system, return to their home country, involuntarily or by self-deportation. But that result should occur through a more orderly and humane policy than currently in place.β
Judge Bieryβs LinkedIn page also shows him liking a post today about millions protesting President Trumpβs policies.
Judge Biery in a prior case:
In the arraignments, defendants must plead guilty or not guilty (there are no nolo contendere pleas in federal court). As required by law, the judge must determine if the defendants are competent to proceed, advise the defendants of the charges against them and their right to trial, and of the appellate and habeas processes. If they are entering a guilty plea, the judge makes sure that they understand the rights they are giving up, and that their plea is voluntary and without compensation or coercion. Judge Biery goes through this process in a calm and thorough manner, without the hint of a script. The arraigned defendants on this day are undocumented immigrants, charged with illegal re-entry into the United States. All have previously been deported. If they plead guilty, they will again be deported, but this time with a felony record, and if caught again in the United States, they will serve a prison term in the United States. And with a criminal record, they will have little chance of ever gaining United States citizenship. βI understand why you want to be here,β Judge Biery tells them. βI was born about a mile north of the Rio Bravo, and won the lottery by being born on this side of it.β

A Madison (MS) Police Department officer was injured and taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries following a police pursuit and officer-involved shooting Thursday afternoon.
Just after 2 p.m. on Jan. 30, Madison Police officers spotted a vehicle they had been asked to be on the lookout for in connection with other crimes. Officers attempted a traffic stop, and police say the car stopped at the entrance to a park before suddenly accelerating into oncoming traffic.
An officer fired his service weapon while moving out of the vehicleβs path. The car fled but was later blocked in by other units and came to a stop. Two men from Jackson were taken into custody without further incident.
A Madison officer was injured during the arrest of both suspects and was transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Please join us in sending prayers and, or positive thoughts for his recoveryππ»
Authorities say a firearm was found in the passengerβs front right pocket and another on the driverβs floorboard. Because an officer discharged a weapon, the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation and the Ridgeland Police Department are conducting independent investigations. Investigators also determined the vehicle had been reported stolen.

I have instructed Secretary of Homeland Security, Kristi Noem, that under no circumstances are we going to participate in various poorly run Democrat Cities with regard to their Protests and/or Riots unless, and until, they ask us for help. We will, however, guard, and very powerfully so, any and all Federal Buildings that are being attacked by these highly paid Lunatics, Agitators, and Insurrectionists. Please be aware that I have instructed ICE and/or Border Patrol to be very forceful in this protection of Federal Government Property. There will be no spitting in the faces of our Officers, there will be no punching or kicking the headlights of our cars, and there will be no rock or brick throwing at our vehicles, or at our Patriot Warriors. If there is, those people will suffer an equal, or more, consequence. In the meantime, by copy of this Statement, I am informing Local Governments, as I did in Los Angeles when they were rioting at the end of the Biden Term, that you must protect your own State and Local Property. In addition, it is your obligation to also protect our Federal Property, Buildings, Parks, and everything else. We are there to protect Federal Property, only as a back up, in that it is Local and State Responsibility to do so. Last night in Eugene, Oregon, these criminals broke into a Federal Building, and did great damage, also scaring and harassing the hardworking employees. Local Police did nothing in order to stop it. We will not let that happen anymore! If Local Governments are unable to handle the Insurrectionists, Agitators, and Anarchists, we will immediately go to the location where such help is requested, and take care of the situation very easily and methodically, just as we did the Los Angeles Riots one year ago, where the Police Chief said that, βWe couldnβt have done it without the help of the Federal Government.β Therefore, to all complaining Local Governments, Governors, and Mayors, let us know when you are ready, and we will be there β But, before we do so, you must use the word, βPLEASE.β Remember that I stated, in the strongest of language, to BEWARE β ICE, Border Patrol or, if necessary, our Military, will be extremely powerful and tough in the protection of our Federal Property. We will not allow our Courthouses, Federal Buildings, or anything else under our protection, to be damaged in any way, shape, or form. I was elected on a Policy of Border Control (which has now been perfected!), National Security, and LAW AND ORDER β Thatβs what America wants, and thatβs what America is getting! Thank you for your attention to this matter.

NEWS RELEASE: SUSPECT IN STOLEN TRUCK STRIKES POLICE CRUISER, LEADING TO CLOSURE OF I-93 IN LITTLETON
LITTLETON, N.H. β Two New Hampshire State Troopers and a Littleton police officer suffered minor injuries after their cruisers were involved in a crash while pursuing a wanted suspect.
Just after noon on Friday, Jan. 30, 2026, State Troopers assigned to the Troop F barracks were requested to assist officers from the Gorham Police Department with the pursuit of a stolen vehicle, identified as a gray 2026 GMC Sierra. Troopers responded and joined the pursuit on Route 115 in Jefferson before it continued on multiple highways, including Route 3, Route 302, and Interstate 93.
At 12:40 p.m., while the driver of the stolen GMC continued northbound on I-93 in Littleton, the fleeing suspect intentionally struck police, causing a collision involving two New Hampshire State Police cruisers and a Littleton Police Department cruiser. The involved police vehicles were disabled as a result of the crash. An additional Littleton police officer continued to pursue the GMC toward Vermont.
The GMC continued northbound on I-93 before crossing into Waterford, Vermont, where the driver entered Interstate 91 southbound. The GMC ultimately ran over spike strips near Exit 18 in Barnet, Vermont, which had been deployed by a Vermont State Police Trooper who had responded to the area to assist with the pursuit. After the GMC ran over the spike strips, the vehicle ultimately crashed while the driver attempted to get off the interstate. The suspect was taken into custody by a Littleton Police officer and members of the Vermont State Police, and was identified as Marisa Levesque, 42, of Groton, Vermont.
The Collision Analysis and Reconstruction (C.A.R.) Unit is responding to investigate the police-involved collision. During the investigation, I-93 will be closed in the area of Exit 43 in Littleton. Drivers traveling northbound are advised to take Exit 42 in Littleton, then Dells Rd to W. Main St., then a left onto Route 135 northbound, before re-entering I-93 northbound at Exit 44.
Criminal charges against Levesque in New Hampshire are pending. Booking photo requests should be directed to the Vermont State Police. The two New Hampshire Troopers and the Littleton officer involved in the crash were evaluated at an area hospital for minor injuries as a precaution.
Please join us in sending prayers and, or positive thoughts for their recoveryππ»

Our thoughts & prayers go out to the family, friends, and fellow officers of Nassau County Police Officer Patricia Espinosa who was Killed by a drunk driver this morning while she was going to work.ππ»
Statement from Nassau County PBA President Tommy Shevlin on Car Crash Involving Officer Patricia Espinosa
βThe Nassau PBA is devastated by the tragic loss of Police Officer Patricia Espinosa, a dedicated member of the Nassau County Police Department who gave her life in service to others. Officer Espinosa served with honor, courage, and compassion, and her death in a violent crash caused by a driver charged with DWI is a profound loss to our department, our county, and every community she protected.β
βOfficer Espinosa was the heart of a true law-enforcement family β her husband Francisco Malaga, and her two brothers, Christian and David Almeida, all who proudly serve as police officers β and she leaves behind a two-year-old daughter Mia, who will grow up knowing her mother was a hero. Patricia understood the sacrifices of this profession not just as an officer, but as a wife, a sister, and a mother in blue. That her life was taken in such a senseless act makes this loss even more painful. We stand shoulder to shoulder with her family and our brothers and sisters in uniform, and we will honor her legacy by never forgetting her service, her sacrifice, and the family she leaves behind.β
Rest Easy Sister. Prayers for her family of blue and blood.ππ»

President Donald J. Trump signed an executive order to "take over the permitting process" in response to L.A.'s wildfires.
Joel Pollak of California Post broke the story.
Will the President send more federal aid dollars to CA?
"He didn't say no...he side stepped that question."
Pollak believes the President wants a "special master" or someone to monitor the $ so there isn't fraud.
Local leaders from both parties have begged congressional leaders & the White House for more funding ASAP.

While law enforcement officers were conducting a targeted operation to arrest a serial criminal illegal alien whose rap sheet includes multiple arrests for assault, domestic violence, and driving under the influence, an agitator began stalking and obstructing law enforcement.
Our officers attempted to pull her over using their emergency lights to issue her a warning. Ignoring law enforcement commands, the agitator refused to pull over and began driving recklessly including running stop signs, nearly colliding with multiple vehicles, and driving directly at law enforcement in an attempt to ram their vehicle. Her actions endangered law enforcement officers, the public, and allowed this violent criminal to remain at large.
Our officers arrested her. Obstructing law enforcement is a felony and a federal crime.
