Why are DHS law enforcement surging to sanctuary cities? Because sanctuary jurisdictions wonβt let us in their jails to arrest the violent criminal illegal aliens in their custody.
As a result, DHS officers are forced to find the released criminal illegal aliens on the streets WITHOUT the support of local law enforcement. Local law enforcement cannot respond to calls for backup when our officers are attacked, assaulted, or obstructed.
Sanctuary politicians are fighting for criminal illegal aliens. President Trump and Secretary Noem are fighting for the victims of illegal alien crime.

Canoga Park, CA January 14, 2026 Early this morning, Los Angeles Police Department officers from the Topanga Division arrested a suspect after a 40 minute standoff that ended on the roof of a local tow yard.
The incident began around 12:45am when an officer spotted a man riding a bicycle near a local business in the area of Canoga and the Metro line near Sherman Way. The officer observed suspicious activity and began following the individual, who police say had just been suspected of braking into a business.
The suspect fled on his bike, leading officers on a short pursuit. He then jumped a fence into a nearby tow yard and climbed onto the roof of a building. Backup units quickly responded, surrounding the structure as the man was seen jumping and running across the rooftop.
After approximately 40 minutes of negotiations and containment efforts, the suspect jumped down from the roof and was taken into custody without further incident. No injuries were reported to officers or the suspect.
One of the arresting officers recognized the man from a similar burglary investigation weeks earlier in the area. The suspectβs identity and specific charges were not immediately released pending further investigation.

Mayor Frey, tell that to the family and loved ones of Minnesotan Victoria Eileen Harwell who was MURDERED by an illegal alien from Ecuador.
Immediately following the crime, ICE placed a detainer for German Llangari Inga upon his arrest for criminal vehicular homicide. The Hennepin County Jail refused to honor the detainer, and he was released without notification to ICE. Llangari was arrested again on an outstanding warrant for vehicular homicide by the Hennepin County Sheriffβs Office and ICE placed a detainer the same day. Meanwhile, they could care less that Bill & Hillary defied a Congressional Hearing subpoena.
Thought these Democrats cared so much about the Jeffery Epstein cases/files and wanting justice for his victims.
Weren't they just on the Capitol steps and all over the news media demanding transparency and Trump to release the files?
Now that HRC and Bill are in contempt of Congress these Democrats are crickets.

Emmet County, Michigan. The Michigan State Police (MSP) St. Ignace Post is proud to recognize Sergeant Dennis Wagner for helping save a life while off duty at Nubβs Nob Ski Resort.
While cross-country skiing on January 3, 2026, Sergeant Wagner noticed a skier had collapsed on the trail. He quickly went to help and assisted Nubβs Nob cross-country ski patroller Steve Biggs, who had already begun administering care. Several other skiers also had stopped and helped as needed.
Sergeant Wagner assisted by rolling the subject over, positioning his head uphill, opening the airway, and initiating chest compressions. Life-saving efforts continued, and Nubβs Nob Ski Patrol arrived a short time later with an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), oxygen, a snowmobile, and a toboggan.
The AED was deployed and advised two shocks, which were administered while CPR continued. Oxygen was delivered using a bag-valve mask. Sergeant Wagner assisted ski patrol in safely transferring the subject into the toboggan for transport down the trail. Upon safe arrival at the ski patrol room, Emmet County EMS took over care. The subject had regained a pulse and was breathing. He was transported to McLaren Northern Michigan Hospital, where he received further emergency treatment. Medical staff later confirmed that early CPR and the use of the AED were critical in saving his life.
MSP has received confirmation that the skier, Mr. Kevin Livingston, is now awake, doing well, and is expected to make a full recovery.
Sergeant Wagner has been a MSP first aid instructor for many years and helps fellow department members keep their lifesaving skills sharp through regular training. The MSP thanks Sergeant Wagner, the bystanders who stopped to help, Nubβs Nob Ski Patrol, Emmet County EMS, and McLaren Northern Michigan Hospital staff for their teamwork, quick response, and excellent care. Sergeant Wagnerβs actions demonstrate the professionalism and dedication of MSP members who are always ready to help others, on or off duty.
