January 7: Transformation of the outdated Strategic Information & Operations Center (SIOC) into the Director’s Strategic Information Center (DSIC).

The creation of the DSIC is a massive overhaul of the FBI's operational command and control node refocusing the FBI on high-speed, rapid dissemination of information.

We've rebuilt the FBI’s global operations center to ensure real-time awareness of threats and deployment to critical incidents.

The new FBI now moves quicker and more efficiently to respond more effectively to the taxpayers we work for. Speed and quality delivery across the enterprise in dynamic threat situations, including assisting local partners.

Some of the new DSIC key elements:

-Physical upgrades: DSIC expanded its operational footprint with reconfigured workspaces, dedicated collaboration areas, and improved visibility for real-time coordination across teams.

-Personnel increases with purpose: added staffing to strengthen 24/7 watch coverage, improve surge capacity during major incidents, and ensure faster handoffs from intelligence/analysis to operational decision-making.

-Zero Latency: We've slashed notification times. When a critical incident hits, the FBI is now in real time, rapidly deploying information.

-Unified Structure: Maximizing a Whole-of-Government approach. We’ve eliminated silos that led to stove-piping of information.

-Proactive Threat Identification: We've shifted to proactive awareness to identify and enable mitigation of threats before they escalate. In crushing violent crime, for example, this change has directly led to DOUBLING our number of VC arrests from a year ago.

-Executive Command: Increased day-to-day integration with key federal, state, and local partners, with more routine touchpoints, shared situational awareness, and quicker problem-solving during time-sensitive events

BREAKING: It has now been revealed that the State of California had a policy to PROHIBIT Firefighters from putting out fires in state parks due to "Rare Plants."

"Part of the reason that fire was never fully extinguished was that the state of California had a policy on parkland."

"NOT allowing heavy fire suppression equipment into areas that were considered sensitive, either because they had rare plants or because they possibly had cultural resources."

"If you read the documents, these policies, which were crafted late 2024, said you could not suppress fire in the state park, which is right up against Pacific Palisades, unless you had an archaeologist present to tell you where you could and could not put out the fire."

BREAKING OVERNIGHT: An Uxbridge MA police officer was killed Wednesday morning in a motor vehicle crash on Route 146.

State Police and Uxbridge police responded to reports of multiple crashes on that road just before 1 a.m. near Exit 6.

According to officials, the officer, whose identity has not yet been released, “was on duty assisting a motorist at the time of the crash”.

“Despite lifesaving efforts by emergency responders, the officer succumbed to injuries sustained in the collision,” Uxbridge police said in a statement.

One year ago today, in an act of stunning criminal negligence by politicians Karen  Bass and Gavin Newsom, our brave firefighters stood helpless as the reservoir serving the Palisades was bereft of water. Ultimately 16,000 homes were burned to the ground and 29 Californians died in wildfires that spread to Alta Dena and across the county. The mayor was hobnobbing on a political jaunt in Africa after announcing the alarming news that Santa Ana winds were expected to threaten the more vulnerable fire areas in the state with unexpected ferocity, and then leaving the next day.

Rebuilding in the damaged areas has ground to a halt, as permit approval and state insurance resolution has been agonizingly slow. Ironically corporate real estate vultures have been buying empty lots worth millions at (pardon the pun) “fire sale” bargain prices. Governor Newsom  has threatened exhausted fire victims with the specter of low income housing scams as a way to get the dispossessed to “sell cheap.”

This same parasite politician lies daily about phantom progress in the affected areas during his relentless photo op press conferences in his bid to become president some day, a reality only in his dreams.

Meanwhile Karen Bass has ordered the Palisades reservoir to be emptied yet again during the Santa Ana winds fire season.

I guess they missed a few houses.

For a very long time, buying and owning a home was considered the pinnacle of the American Dream. It was the reward for working hard, and doing the right thing, but now, because of the Record High Inflation caused by Joe Biden and the Democrats in Congress, that American Dream is increasingly out of reach for far too many people, especially younger Americans. It is for that reason, and much more, that I am immediately taking steps to ban large institutional investors from buying more single-family homes, and I will be calling on Congress to codify it. UPDATE: Today, ICE officers in Minneapolis were conducting targeted operations when rioters began blocking  ICE officers and one of these violent rioters weaponized her vehicle, attempting to run over our law enforcement officers in an attempt to kill them—an act of domestic terrorism.

An ICE officer, fearing for his life, the lives of his fellow law enforcement and the safety of the public, fired defensive shots. 

He used his training and saved his own life and that of his fellow officers. 

The alleged perpetrator was hit and is deceased. The ICE officers who were hurt are expected to make full recoveries.
 
This is the direct consequence of constant attacks and demonization of our officers by sanctuary politicians who fuel and encourage rampant assaults on our law enforcement. These men and women who are simply enforcing the law on the books are facing 1,300% increase in assaults against them and an 8,000% increase in death threats. 

This is an evolving situation, and we will give the public more information as soon as it becomes available.
