A man in California blatantly robs a store and nobody stops him. The checker is well aware and continues to ring up another customer. California’s shoplifting Penal Code 459.5 defines anything stolen under $950 as a misdemeanor, and therefore the police will not show up. To my "friends" on the far left that I politely disagree with, is the man stealing a victim of capitalism, and therefore should not be punished?

A deputy in Hamilton County, Iowa was hit while responding to a multi-vehicle pileup on Interstate 35 at the Highway 20 interchange Sunday afternoon. According to Sheriff Alex Pruismann, the deputy was not injured, but the vehicle was heavily damaged, according to Fort Dodge Messenger.
