Of all the destructive and ruinous policies aimed at the heart of our Republic, few can compete with βbirthright citizenship.β
Every illegal alien, foreign visitor and visa scammer, merely by giving birth on US soil, can access unlimited welfare for life through their βAmericanβ child and send the extra cash back home to support their foreign village. That same child is granted full voting privileges upon his 18th birthday, making illegal aliens and their descendants one of the largest voting blocs in the United States.
Under βbirthright citizenshipβ a terrorist and his terrorist wife can commit immigration fraud, come here as tourists, perpetrate a terrorist attack, give birth, and have an βAmericanβ child.
βBirthright citizenshipβ is an atrocity flatly and flagrantly incompatible with any concept of nationhood.

Two arrested after dozens of guns, including 'cop-killer' model, found in spare tire at southern border.
Great work by our TxDPS Criminal Investigations Division (CID), along with our federal partners, in seizing 30 firearms headed to Mexico to supply the cartels. One of the seized weapons, referred to as a βcop-killerβ due to its ability to penetrate body armor.

BREAKING: Court records say Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, NC, arrested Oscar Solarzano in connection with yesterdayβs stabbing on the light rail. He is being held on no bond Solarzano, whose address is listed as the Roof Above homeless center,β¦
Oscar Gerardo Solorzano-Garcia, an illegal alien from Honduras, is being charged with attempted first-degree murder after he stabbed a victim with a large knife on a train in Charlotte, North Carolina. ICE lodged a detainer to ensure this criminal illegal is not released back into North Carolina neighborhoods. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the county will honor the detainer since they have a history of not cooperating with ICE.
His criminal history includes prior arrests for aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, destroying evidence, resisting arrest, using a false ID, and convictions for robbery and illegally re-entry.
This criminal illegal alien was issued a final order of removal by an immigration judge in 2018 and removed by the Trump Administration on March 9, 2018. He was apprehended illegally crossing the border again in 2021 and was again removed. He entered the country illegally for a THIRD time at an unknown date and location.

NEW: Supervisor Janice Hahn, with LA Sheriff Robert Luna running cover, ordered LASD and CHP to stand down from a public safety meeting in West Whittier - a meeting specifically created to protect and inform the community.
An internal email claiming the event was βpoliticalβ was the reason for pulling all law enforcement personnel.
The event is a public safety meeting hosted by West Whittier Community Advisory Committee - not a campaign rally, not a fundraiser, not political activity of any kind.
Hahn and Luna didnβt pull deputies because of policy.
They pulled them because former Sheriff Alex Vilanueva is scheduled to speak - and their solution to dissent is to weaponize the department and abandon residents.
This is what LA County βleadershipβ looks like: Punish communities. Silence critics. And pretend itβs protocol.

Yesterday, one of our deputies became a hero in the truest sense.
When a call came in about an unresponsive 1-month-old infant, Deputy Komor was first on scene. Without hesitation, he began CPR and continued life-saving efforts until medics arrived. Thanks to his quick response, training, and calm under pressure, the baby is alive today.
Weβre incredibly proud of Deputy Komor and grateful for the teamwork between our deputies, dispatchers, and medical personnel. Moments like this remind us why training matters and why every second counts.
Please join us in recognizing Deputy Komor for his courage and professionalism. ππ
