BREAKING: Illegal alien from Guatemala is charged with murder -- accused of killing an 8-year-old girl -- in suspected drunk driving, fiery crash outside of San Diego on Sunday.   Seven people including other children were sent to the hospital, some with major injuries.  One adult is considered paralyzed, per the D.A.

The suspect is 25-year-old Bryan Josue Alva Rodriguez. Two prior DUIs. Was ordered to deport by a judge in 2023 but did not.

NEW: Los Angeles ERO arrested Sergio Antonio Alberto-Rodriguez, 40, of Honduras, Dec. 1. Alberto has convictions for aggravated sexual battery with a victim under 13 years old and object sexual penetration with a victim under 13 years old. He is in ICE custody pending removal.

EXCLUSIVE: The moments a man from Vietnam convicted of rape and kidnapping here in the U.S. was arrested.

DHS says Binh Van To was arrested yesterday as a part of Operation Catahoula Crunch in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was sentenced to 40-years for aggravated kidnapping, sexual assault with a deadly weapon, and aggravated robbery — and then released on parole.

He was placed into removal proceedings. He tells me he welcomes the idea of going back to Vietnam.
