NEW: Two people have been shot, and one is dead after gunfire at MGM National Harbor Hotel & Casino in Maryland.

Prince George's County police have confirmed the death of a man on social media. Officers said a bullet grazed the second victim, also a man.

Police have not said what led up to the shooting, only that they believe it was not a random attack.

Utah: Several troopers and a suspect were injured in a highway pursuit.

A Utah Highway Patrol spokesperson said a trooper tried to stop a vehicle for a traffic violation on southbound I-15 in Davis County. The vehicle fled, and the trooper initiated a pursuit.

The pursuit eventually transitioned to I-215. A trooper attempted to stop the vehicle near 700 North, but the suspect continued to flee until another trooper disabled it.

The suspect then fled on foot, but was captured a short time later. The suspect's identity has not been released.

Massachusetts: Police said an officer was hurt after a police cruiser rolled over in Seekonk on Tuesday afternoon.

According to Seekonk police, an officer was responding to a disturbance call on Highland Avenue.

The cruiser hydroplaned while traveling westbound. Police said the vehicle lost control and flipped multiple times in the parking lot of a business on 150 Highland Ave.

According to police, no other vehicles were involved. The officer had to be pulled from the cruiser using the jaws of life.

Seekonk police said the officer was transported to Rhode Island Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

UPDATE: A U.S. Air Force F-16C Fighting Falcon from the Thunderbirds demonstration squadron has crashed south of Trona Airport near Death Valley, California.

The pilot successfully ejected and sustained only minor injuries. He has been transported to a hospital in Ridgecrest for evaluation.

Texas: San Antonio police arrested a man Tuesday evening following a violent disturbance on the city’s south side that left a police officer injured.

Officers were called to the 5300 block of Roosevelt Avenue just before 6 p.m. after reports that a man was harassing women outside a local business. When an officer arrived and tried to make contact with the suspect, he reportedly struck her with a closed fist and fled the scene.

The officer pursued the suspect, deploying her taser to make the arrest. Police say the suspect bit and scratched the officer multiple times while she was trying to arrest him.
