Today, we honor the 250 heroes of the January 1st terror attack.

Chief Anne Kirkpatrick opened the ceremony by recognizing the hard work of Officers and the unsung heroes of the Administration team.

Mayor LaToya Cantrell gave a powerful statement and recognized how much trauma the citizens compartmentalized and how unimaginable it is for the Officers.

The Medical Association of Southeast Louisiana recognized the work of NOPD Officers with an incredible quote, "We can't do our job until you do yours."

Thank you all for recognizing our heroes!

💫 For 30 years, the NOPJF has worked to create a safer New Orleans by helping to train, retain, and sustain local law enforcement.

We know that Americans are still hurting from the 40-year high inflation caused by Joe Biden and the Democrats, but President Trump is making significant progress to fix it, and he won’t stop working until he solves it:

The latest jobs report showed the American economy remains strong with 119,000 new jobs added – more than double expectations. In particular, construction jobs surged by 19,000 in the month of September, the largest monthly gain in a year.

Inflation remains under control and real wages are on pace to increase roughly $1,200 for the average worker this year. This is a complete reversal of the failed Biden era where we saw inflation skyrocket to 9%, causing private sector workers to see their real wages decline by approximately $3,000 dollars.

Since President Trump took office, all employment gains have gone to native-born workers rather than foreigners like we saw under Biden.

Trust in Trump.

Amid a surge in operations, one of Charlotte’s largest school districts reported 30,000 students absent, over 20% of its student body are potentially in the U.S. illegally.

That means the limited school resources (teachers, classrooms, buses, meals, disability accommodations) are being siphoned away from American children so that politicians can incentivize mass illegal migration.

California’s so-called “power couple” Rob and Mia Bonta just had their marble-hall empire cracked wide open, and the view inside is exactly what Sacramento doesn’t want you to see.

The Bontas have perfected the art of turning public office into a family enterprise: campaign cash recycled into personal perks, government influence leveraged for insider allies, and a political dynasty built on the kind of self-dealing that would bury anyone outside their protected circle.

This isn’t public service.

This is corruption at the highest tier, hiding in plain sight - a pay-to-play operation dressed up as ‘progressive leadership’ for public consumption.

Your FBI has more updates for you on our efforts to defend the homeland and protect the American people, this time from the threat posed by the North Korean government.

We’ve had MULTIPLE wins in the counterintelligence and cyber arenas, including FIVE guilty pleas and forfeiture complaints for MILLIONS in stolen funds.

-U.S. nationals Audricus Phagnasay, Jason Salazar, and Alexander Paul Travis each pleaded guilty to wire fraud conspiracy. Between 2019 and 2022, they provided their U.S. identities to IT workers that they KNEW were located outside the United States so that these workers could fraudulently obtain employment with victim U.S. companies. In addition, they hosted company-provided laptops at their residences and installed remote access software on those laptops so that the foreign IT workers could create the false appearance that they were remote working from the defendants’ residences. For anyone who thinks it’s a good idea to sell out your identity for a few bucks, know that it is FRAUD and you will pay the price. Thank you to the FBI Atlanta Augusta Resident Agency for investigating this case.

-Ukrainian national Oleksandr Didenko pleaded guilty to wire fraud conspiracy and aggravated identity theft in connection with a years-long scheme that stole the identities of U.S. citizens and sold them to Russian, Chinese, and North Korean IT workers so they could fraudulently gain employment at U.S. companies. These victim U.S. companies unassumingly paid the foreign IT clients HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of dollars for their work, funneling that money strait into the hands of adversarial governments. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again — protecting American businesses is a top priority for your FBI, and we will continue to work tirelessly to ensure American-earned dollars stay out of the hands of our adversaries. Thank you to @FBINY, FBI Norfolk, FBI San Diego, and FBI Nashville Jefferson City Resident Agency for your dedicated work.

-U.S. national Erick Ntekereze Prince pleaded guilty to wire fraud conspiracy. Through his company Taggcar Inc., Prince contracted to supply “certified” IT workers to victim U.S. companies, knowing that the IT workers were located outside the United States and were using false and stolen identities to gain employment. Prince also hosted U.S. company-provided laptops at Florida residences and installed remote access software on those laptops so that the IT workers could create the false appearance that they were remote working from Prince’s residence. The fraudulent scheme earned MORE THAN $943,069 in salary payments from victim U.S. companies, the vast majority of which were sent to the IT workers overseas. The FBI does not tolerate anyone who uses fraudulent measures to earn a buck off of U.S. companies. Thank you to FBI Miami for your work in this case.

-TheJusticeDept filed civil complaints to forfeit USDT, a virtual currency stablecoin pegged to the U.S. dollar that is valued at over $15 million. The FBI seized USDT in March 2025 from North Korean APT38 actors, who committed multiple heists against various payment processors across the globe. Thank you to FBI Los Angeles for your hard work in this case.

-To our private sector partners, please improve your security process for vetting remote workers and remain vigilant regarding this emerging threat. If you suspect you’ve been targeted, contact your local FBI field office. Your FBI will continue to protect American citizens and businesses.

God bless America, and all those who defend Her.
