Executive Director Jim Pasco Joins President Trump in the Oval Office for Historic Government Reopening
Our very own Executive Director, Jim Pasco, was present in the Oval Office on November 12, 2025, as President Donald Trump signed legislation ending the longest government shutdown in U.S. history. This moment is a powerful reminder that the Fraternal Order of Police has a seat at the table - locally and with some of the most influential decision-makers in the world.

Officer Jason Zullo spent years protecting the people of East Haven, Connecticut β earning commendations, saving lives, and serving with honor.
But when Jason and three of his fellow officers uncovered a major illegal immigrant crime ring (forged driverβs licenses, fake registrations, and insurance scams tied to dangerous criminals), thatβs when everything changed.
Instead of being thanked, they were attacked.
Obamaβs Department of Justice swooped in and accused the officers of racism.
They ignored the facts, ignored the evidence, and launched a political witch hunt to make an example out of them.
Jason Zullo β a decorated officer and father β was charged, convicted, and sent to prison for doing his job.
His career was destroyed. His reputation was shattered. His family was torn apart.
And to this day, his name is not cleared.
He canβt coach his kidsβ sports teams. He canβt travel freely. Every job application is haunted by a decade-old conviction that never should have happened.
This was lawfare β political persecution against a police officer who refused to play politics.
Now, with a pro-police president back in office, thereβs finally a chance to right this wrong.
Officer Jason Zullo and the three other East Haven officers who were railroaded by Obamaβs DOJ deserve a FULL exoneration.

Hereβs some of what your FBI did as an excepted agency during the record long government shutdown:
-3419 arrests
-279 children identified and/or located
-170 kilograms of fentanyl seized
-2,100 kilograms of meth seized
-2,200 kilograms of cocaine seized
-908 illegal weapons recovered
This was all while the vast majority werenβt getting paid. But these men and women kept showing up and delivering for the country. Iβm proud of their service to America and the best is yet to come.
