Los Angeles Police Department’s Force Investigation Division is investigating an Officer-Involved Shooting  that occurred in Hollenbeck Division.

On September 21, 2025, around 12:35 a.m., LAPD Hollenbeck Division officers responded to a radio call in the 300 block of North Myers Street, near the railroad tracks. The radio call reported that a man was armed with an assault rifle and shooting at unknown individuals. Upon arrival, the officers began to search the area when they observed the suspect armed with a rifle, and an Officer-Involved Shooting occurred. The suspect fled the scene.

Metropolitan Division, Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) and K9, responded and conducted an extensive search for the suspect with negative results. Rifle ammunition and casings were recovered and booked as evidence.

One officer sustained minor abrasions to his hand and knee when he fell to the ground. No other officers or community members were injured as a result of this incident.

A man who lost his home in the Eaton Fire is walking hundreds of miles to raise awareness for other fire victims.

JUST IN: Pursuit suspect in custody after standoff.

Officers ended up breaking a window to get the driver out and take him into custody.

WANTED WEDNESDAY: Our Sexual Assault Felony Enforcement (SAFE) Task Force is searching for George Albert, 51, of San Jose.
He’s 6’0” tall, 230 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Albert has a prior conviction for child molestation.
He is currently wanted for failing to register as a sex offender.

A year ago today I was laying on a dirty floor in a prison in Mississippi listening to the election results on a Correctional Officers radio through the bottom of my cell door…

My nerves were shot and I had a brief panic attack. Was he going to win? Was the rest of my life going to be spent in a concrete box? Is God listening to my family’s prayers?

I cried with joy when I heard PA went red. I knew my suffering and that of my family was over. I knew God saw me on my knees praying to Jesus that night. We were vindicated. I WAS GOING HOME.

Although my release wasn’t going to happen for another 76 days…

I knew @realDonaldTrump was a man of his word. A decent man that loves this nation with all his heart. A man that has made a better world.

Thank you Jesus and thank you @POTUS.l for the gift of life. In this world and beyond.

Please, pray for the Camden County Police Officer who was shot in the line of duty last night.🙏🏻

Pennsylvania: A Camden County police officer is in stable condition after a round from a shootout with a suspect possibly bounced off his bulletproof vest and struck him in the arm.

The shooting took place at about 10:50 p.m. near the corner of Chesapeake and Congress roads in the Fairview section, authorities said.

The prosecutor’s office charged the suspect — a man who has not been named — with attempted murder and weapons offenses.

A bullet might have bounced off the officer’s bulletproof vest and him in the arm, according to a report.

ICE law enforcement did NOT target a Daycare.

Officers attempted to conduct a targeted traffic stop of this female illegal alien from Colombia. 

Officers attempted to pull over this vehicle, which was registered to a female illegal alien, with sirens and emergency lights, but the male driver refused to pull the vehicle over.

Law enforcement pursued the vehicle before the assailant sped into a shopping plaza where he and the female passenger fled the vehicle. They ran into a daycare and attempted to barricade themselves inside the daycare—recklessly endangering the children inside. 

The illegal alien female was arrested inside a vestibule, not in the school.
Upon arrest, she lied about her identity.

The vehicle is registered to in her name, though she claims that she didn’t know the man who was driving her car and just picked him up from a bus stop. 

Facts including criminality and information on the male assailant are forthcoming and we will update the public with more information as soon as it becomes available.

NEW: DHS sources tell Fox News the woman arrested by ICE agents at a daycare in Chicago is a Colombian illegal alien who was caught & released at the border by the Biden admin in 2023 and her kids were smuggled into the U.S. last month after entering illegally near El Paso, TX. The children were then placed in a UAC shelter (unaccompanied alien child) in the Chicago area.
