Officer Brian Sanchioni and his K-9 partner, Titan, of the Milford Police Department (MA) were recently recognized by the New England Patriots for their life-saving actions earlier this year.

Back in April, Officer Sanchioni and Titan responded to the report of a missing 8-year-old boy.
After an extensive search, Titan located the child clinging to a small tree in a body of water — cold, scared, but alive. Thanks to the quick response and teamwork of Officer Sanchioni and Titan, the boy was safely rescued and reunited with his family.

This week, the duo were honored at Gillette Stadium and met Patriots owner Robert Kraft, who personally thanked them for their courage and service.

Los Angeles Police Department’s Force Investigation Division is investigating an Officer-Involved Shooting  that occurred in Hollenbeck Division.

On September 21, 2025, around 12:35 a.m., LAPD Hollenbeck Division officers responded to a radio call in the 300 block of North Myers Street, near the railroad tracks. The radio call reported that a man was armed with an assault rifle and shooting at unknown individuals. Upon arrival, the officers began to search the area when they observed the suspect armed with a rifle, and an Officer-Involved Shooting occurred. The suspect fled the scene.

Metropolitan Division, Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) and K9, responded and conducted an extensive search for the suspect with negative results. Rifle ammunition and casings were recovered and booked as evidence.

One officer sustained minor abrasions to his hand and knee when he fell to the ground. No other officers or community members were injured as a result of this incident.

A man who lost his home in the Eaton Fire is walking hundreds of miles to raise awareness for other fire victims.

He’s 6’0” tall, 230 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
Albert has a prior conviction for child molestation.

A year ago today I was laying on a dirty floor in a prison in Mississippi listening to the election results on a Correctional Officers radio through the bottom of my cell door…

My nerves were shot and I had a brief panic attack. Was he going to win? Was the rest of my life going to be spent in a concrete box? Is God listening to my family’s prayers?

I cried with joy when I heard PA went red. I knew my suffering and that of my family was over. I knew God saw me on my knees praying to Jesus that night. We were vindicated. I WAS GOING HOME.

Although my release wasn’t going to happen for another 76 days…

I knew @realDonaldTrump was a man of his word. A decent man that loves this nation with all his heart. A man that has made a better world.

Thank you Jesus and thank you @POTUS.l for the gift of life. In this world and beyond.
