The First Amendment gives Americans the right to free speech and peaceful protest — it’s one of the MANY things that make America great.

But the irony here is obvious:

Democrats needed a spectacle. Chuck Schumer needed cover. The “Hate America” rally was their attempt at both.

A PA State Police trooper who was fired after a viral traffic stop involving Philadelphia's former executive director of the Office of LGBT Affairs, and her husband, is now suing the agency.

Andrew Zaborowski claims he was let go due to racial bias, citing his race and color as the reason for his termination. The traffic stop, which occurred on the Schuylkill Expressway in March 2024, led to the arrest of Morrison and McLean after a confrontation.

Virginia: An Arlington County police officer was hospitalized Thursday evening after being attacked while trying to arrest a man accused of shoplifting.

According to the Arlington County Police Department (ACPD), officers were called around 6:41 p.m. on Oct. 16, to the 200 block of North Glebe Road for a reported larceny in progress.

A responding officer spotted Spruill, who matched the description of the shoplifter, nearby and gave verbal commands, which Spruill reportedly ignored before running away.

A foot chase ensued and followed into the 4100 block of 3rd Road North, where officers tried to take Spruill into custody.

Spruill allegedly resisted and began assaulting multiple officers during the arrest. One of the officers was taken to a nearby hospital and is expected to recover from their injuries.

Indiana: Four people, including a Richmond police officer, were injured in a three-vehicle crash Saturday night.

According to the Richmond Police Department, around 10:31 p.m., officers responded to the 1400 block of South B Street to investigate a reported domestic disturbance.

While RPD units were on the scene, a physical altercation between a suspect and officers occurred. An officer at the scene requested additional RPD units respond to the scene to provide assistance.

One of the officers who was trying to respond to that scene to provide additional assistance got involved in a three-vehicle crash in the 1000 block of South A Street.

During that crash, the officer in question struck the rear end of a black Lincoln MKZ with a patrol car. The initial crash caused the Lincoln to collide with a gold Ford Ranger.

The Lincoln’s driver and passenger and the Ranger’s driver were all transported to Reid Health in Richmond for medical evaluation after the crash. The police officer involved in the crash was also transported to the hospital.

Wisconsin: A Janesville man was arrested on Saturday and is facing multiple charges, including threats and battery to law enforcement, after an officer was injured during the arrest.

Janesville Police reported that Joseph Fryer, who was not associated with the ‘No Kings’ protest happening at the Marvin Roth Community Pavilion on Saturday, was in the courthouse area when he engaged in disorderly and aggressive behavior.

Due to the protest, S Main St was closed between E Court St and St Lawrence Ave to vehicle traffic.

JPD says Fryer was demanding access to the closed parking garage and verbally berating officers.

Fryer allegedly resisted arrest, causing a minor hand injury to a law enforcement officer.
