UPDATE: Ten people were hospitalized late Friday night after a balcony at an apartment complex near the University of Cincinnati collapsed 20 feet down to the ground, the Cincinnati Fire Department said.

CFD said the collapse happened due to too many people on the balcony.

One of the 10 people injured remains in critical condition, according to CFD.
