Richard Ferguson Jr., a 61-year-old North Carolina man, was killed by a criminal illegal alien who was driving under the influence.

Wilmer Fuentes Mejia had previously been deported by ICE, and his criminal history includes TWO PREVIOUS ARRESTS for driving under the influence and assault.

ICE, under President Trump and Sec. Noem, lodged an arrest detainer for this criminal to ensure this punk and public safety threat isn't released back onto the streets.

Deputy Joshua Brashears Killed:

A Jackson County Sheriff's Department deputy was killed in a tragic accident early this morning when his cruiser collided with a horse on Highway 15, about a mile north of the Harrison-Stone County line. Deputy Brashears was on his way home from his shift when the incident occurred at 5:25 a.m. Our thoughts are with his family, friends, and colleagues as they grieve this devastating loss.

The Mississippi Highway Patrol  is leading the investigation.

Minnesota: The St. Cloud Police Department on Friday, Oct. 17, announced that a St. Cloud police officer who was in an off-duty traffic incident on Monday isn't expected to survive.

Ryan Ebert is at the Hennepin County Medical Center in downtown Minneapolis. The accident was near Apple Valley, a suburb of the Twin Cities.
Ebert was driving his 2024 Ram 1500 on Highway 77 near Apple Valley when his truck made contact with a transit bus and a cable barrier, according to the Minnesota State Patrol. Both vehicles were going north.

The bus driver was sent to M Health Fairview Ridges Hospital-Burnsville for injuries not believed to be life-threatening.

The MSP incident report states Ebert was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident.
Ebert has worked for the SCPD for 18 years, according to a statement by Chief Jeff Oxton. During his tenure, he worked as an investigator and a patrol officer.

"He is surrounded by family and friends during this incredibly difficult time," Oxton wrote. "Our department is devasted by this news."

Ohio: Emergency crews responded to a major incident after a balcony collapsed in Cincinnati, sending approximately 20 people plunging around 20 feet to the ground. Authorities have declared a Mass Casualty Incident (MCI) as multiple injuries, per Alertpage, Inc.

Pennsylvania: Statement from West Norriton Township Regarding Incident at Wawa on West Main Street

At approximately 9:11PM this evening, officers from the West Norriton Township Police Department responded to reports of a shooting at the Wawa located on West Main Street. Preliminary information indicates that the incident involved members of two rival motorcycle gangs.

A total of six individuals sustained injuries and have been transported to area hospitals for treatment. At this time, the incident appears to be isolated and there is no ongoing threat to the public.

The West Norriton Township Police Department, in coordination with the Montgomery County Detective Bureau, is actively investigating the incident. Additional information will be released as it becomes available.

Residents are encouraged to avoid the area while the investigation remains ongoing. Anyone with information related to this incident is urged to contact the West Norriton Township Police Department or Montgomery County Detectives.
