🇺🇸 HONORING A HERO 🇺🇸

During our Open House at Station 24 this past Saturday, we had the privilege of meeting Patsy Anthony DePalma, Seaman First Class, U.S. Navy (Ret.) — a true American hero.

Born in 1927 in New Jersey to Italian immigrants who came through Ellis Island, Mr. DePalma enlisted in the Navy at 18. He was preparing for the invasion of Japan when the war ended and instead served in the American Occupation, even riding through the devastated city of Hiroshima.

After the war, he worked in the oil industry, rising to general manager of a petroleum storage site. He retired in 1985 and moved to Mission Viejo, where he still lives today in Casta del Sol.

It was an honor to welcome Mr. DePalma to our station. His life is a testament to service, resilience, and the strength of our community.

Joint IDF and ISA Announcement:

13 Returning Hostages Have Just Met With IDF and ISA Forces in the Gaza Strip and Are Now Making Their Way to Israeli Territory

13 returning hostages are currently being accompanied by IDF and ISA forces on their return to Israel, where they will undergo an initial medical assessment.

The commanders and soldiers of the IDF salute and embrace the returning hostages as they make their way home to the State of Israel.

The IDF Spokesperson’s Unit asks the public to act responsibly and with sensitivity, to respect the privacy of the returning hostages, and to rely solely on official information.

President Trump made a promise on the campaign trail: "We will never abandon them — and with God's help, they will come safely home."

Promises made, promises kept.
