Meet Jason Duncker.
A Sinaloa Cartel member and Gulf Cartel affiliate who repeatedly put American lives at risk, trafficking more than 75 kilograms of cocaine into the U.S and using hundreds of thousands of dollars in profit to support terrorist activities.
Last week, ODNI National Counterterrorism Center provided intelligence to US Marshals, enabling his arrest and ensuring this criminal was removed from the streets.
While the Democrat party refuses to fund our government, terrorist cartels and gangs that smuggle deadly drugs into our nation do not take days off. Our analysts, many working without pay, recognize the safety of our nation is at stake and will continue to provide 24/7 support to our law enforcement partners around the world.
NCTC Director Joe Kent
ODNIgovβs National Counterterrorism Center worked with our partners to enable the arrest of a dangerous Sinaloa Cartel drug trafficker, even amidst the Democrat shutdown.
Cartels donβt take breaks β theyβre foreign terrorist organizations threatening American lives, and they must be stopped. Our targeters and analysts remain focused on protecting the American people with 24/7 intelligence analysis and coordination with our law enforcement partners.

Douglas County Deputies Assist in DUI Pursuit with Successful Grappler Deployment
In the early hours of October 4, 2025, at approximately 4:22 A.M., Douglas County Deputies responded to assist the Aurora Police Department in pursuit of a suspected DUI driver traveling westbound on E-470, passing Gartrell Road.
Douglas County deputies responded immediately and set up two sets of stop sticks along E-470 in an attempt to bring the pursuit to a safe conclusion. Despite these efforts, the suspect vehicle continued westbound.
A Douglas County Deputy, operating a patrol vehicle equipped with the Grappler device, joined the pursuit along with another deputy. After positioning behind the suspect, both maneuvered to the front of the pursuit. The suspect vehicle, which struck the concrete barrier multiple times, was ultimately stopped when our deputy successfully deployed the Grappler just west of South Quebec Street.
The vehicle was brought to an immediate and controlled stop. The suspect was compliant and taken into custody by Aurora Police without incident.
Sheriff Weekly said, βI am proud of the seamless coordination between our deputies and our partners at APD. This incident highlights the power of innovative tools like the Grappler. By effectively deploying cutting-edge technology, weβre able to bring dangerous situations to a safe conclusion while minimizing risk to the public. Douglas County remains committed to staying at the forefront of law enforcement tactics that enhance safety and effectiveness in the field.β

New York: An on-duty Nassau County Highway Patrol officer was seriously injured in a crash in Lindenhurst on Monday, Suffolk police said.
The crash, which involved another motor vehicle, occurred at the intersection of North Wellwood Ave. and Jerome St., officials said.
Tommy Shevlin, president of the Nassau Police Benevolent Association, said the officer was escorting a funeral procession when the crash occurred.
The officer, who was not identified by authorities, was transported to a hospital. He is in serious but stable condition, a Nassau police spokeswoman said.
"He remains in surgery and has a long road to recovery ahead of him," Shevlin said.
