I fully authorized the President to call up 400 members of the Texas National Guard to ensure safety for federal officials.

You can either fully enforce protection for federal employees or get out of the way and let Texas Guard do it.

No Guard can match the training, skill, and expertise of the Texas National Guard.

They defend our country with pride.

America must also know that Texas still has thousands of National Guard assisting with the Border security.

NEW: Judge Orders Chicago Police to Stop Carrying P320 Handguns.

A federal judge has ordered the Chicago Police Department, the nation’s 2nd largest police force, to immediately stop carrying Sig Sauer P320 pistols. Judge Rebecca Pallmeyer ruled that CPD hadn’t fully addressed questions about the continued use of the controversial handgun, which has faced multiple safety concerns.

The order came after a request from the police union. The P320 has been under growing scrutiny after reports that it can fire without the trigger being pulled. Earlier this year, Washington State’s Criminal Justice Training Commission also banned the handgun for the same reason.

It was very disappointing and frustrating. To learn the day before the Fallen Firefighter Memorial, where 6 CAL FIRE Firefighters were put on the wall.

That the Governor who stood in front of news camera’s and challenged the President of the United States to pay U.S Forestry Firefighters appropriately.  Would VETO!! A bill that would have began to pay CAL FIRE Fighters  appropriately.  

This was strictly the decision of the Governor, because the bill went to him with full support of both Republicans and Democrats.  NOT ONE NO VOTE , from either side . Does he really care  about firefighters or does he like to stand in front of fire engines and say he does? !!!

Portland Police Chief Bob Day defended his department’s reforms and "crowd support" policing even as federal agents faced violent anti-ICE protesters without help, after city leaders ordered police not to respond.

Last week, Cammila Wamsley, director of Portland’s ICE office, said the facility has endured more than 100 straight nights of violence, with Portland police largely absent under direction from the mayor and city council.

ICE facilities are federal property conducting a federal mission of immigration enforcement that protects the lives and livelihoods of 300 million American citizens.

The President has undisputed authority under both statute and the Constitution to deploy troops, stationed in any state, to defend a federal facility from domestic terrorism or violent assault. (Just as he has the authority to dispatch any federal protective asset from and to any state).

The Portland Police have refused to render aid and assistance to ICE officers.

The intention and purpose of the attacks on ICE is to prevent ICE from performing its duties and to force as many ICE officers as possible out of the field and into a defensive posture.

It is a violent armed resistance designed to incapacitate the essential operations of the duly-elected federal government, by force.

A district court judge has no conceivable authority, whatsoever, to restrict the President and Commander-in-Chief from dispatching members of the US military to defend federal lives and property.

Today’s judicial ruling is one of the most egregious and thunderous violations of constitutional order we have ever seen — and is yet the latest example of unceasing efforts to nullify the 2024 election by fiat.

Remember: all of this is about preventing the removal of illegal alien trespassers from the United States at any cost.
