We’re praying for the full and swift recovery of the Richmond County Sheriff’s Deputy who was shot in the line of duty early this morning.🙏🏻

Georgia: Richmond County Deputy Victor Rodriguez (left) was shot multiple times just after midnight Thursday after chasing down a robbery suspect who opened fire near the Waffle House on Washington Road. Despite his injuries, the deputy returned fire.

A second deputy also engaged the gunman — now identified as 20-year-old Dalyn Dewayne Elder (right) — striking him in a dramatic exchange that ended in the nearby shopping center parking lot.

We’ve got your first look at the suspect and details of his extensive criminal history.

Both the deputy and Elder are recovering in stable condition, and a second suspect was taken into custody at the Super 8 motel.

Democrats shut down the federal government to try to give taxpayer-funded benefits to illegal aliens.

The funding proposal put forward by the Democrats would result in nearly $200B in spending on illegal aliens and other non-citizens over the next decade.

The Democrats’ America Last proposal would repeal provisions in the Working Families Tax Cuts signed into law by President Trump that take on waste, fraud, and abuse and block illegals from receiving healthcare benefits.

The Democrats’ proposal intentionally allows for Medicaid to go to those improperly granted asylum and parole during Joe Biden’s illegal alien invasion.

The Democrats’ proposal would also: 

Require Medicaid to pay more for emergency care provided to illegal aliens than Medicaid does for American patients who are disabled, elderly, or children. 

Allow California to continue a gimmick that funds its Medicaid for illegals program. 

Reinstate a special Obamacare subsidy for non-citizens that low-income American citizens are not eligible for.

NEW: Malibu to begin arresting unpermitted campers in fire-risk zones.

The Malibu City Council unanimously approved an emergency declaration this week targeting unpermitted camping in fire-prone areas.

720 structures in Malibu burned down in January.

To date 69 have received initial plan approval.

Only TWO have obtained building permits, allowing them to begin construction.

Now Malibu’s rebuild ambassador has quit and she told Karen Bass to do the same.
