UPDATE: At least five scumbags were detained late Monday night during a protest near the Federal Building in downtown Los Angeles, police said.

Police said officers told about 60 punks to disperse around 10 p.m.

That's when some of them allegedly clashed with officers. Police said at least 100 LAPD officers responded to the Federal Building.
