A former Newbury Park man who was charged in 2020 with paying to watch the physical and sexual abuse of minors overseas, was found guilty Friday. William Hayes was convicted of one count of attempted production of child pornography and two counts of enticement of a minor.  Hayes is expected to be sentenced later this year.  #JusticeForVictims
