The St. John's County Sheriff's Office, Florida sadly announced the death of of Corporal Andrew Mulally who died on August 21, 2025.

North Carolina: A Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office deputy was injured in a car crash on Wednesday.

According to the North Carolina State Highway Patrol, the crash happened on Holden Beach Road near Tatum Road at around 9 a.m. on Aug. 20.

NCSHP reports that a Dodge Caravan was traveling east on N.C. 130 when the driver crossed the center line and hit an unmarked BCSO vehicle that was traveling west head-on.

The deputy has been identified as Crystal Baker, according to the NCSHP.

Deputy Baker sustained serious but non-life-threatening injuries, and Long sustained minor injuries. Both parties were transported to the hospital for treatment.
