A federal grand jury has indicted Jacob Daniel Terrazas, 30, of Paramount, for injuring a Border Patrol officer during an anti-ICE riot on June 7.
 
After repeatedly throwing pieces of cinderblock at law enforcement, officers detained Terrazas, who now faces up to 20 years in federal prison if convicted.

New Start, Utah: The Beulah Fire is burning in the Uintas of Summit county and is very active early on. Evacuations have already been ordered for Lyman Lake. A helicopter is being used to help campers evacuate.

It is burning in the wilderness area off Mirror Lake Highway, an area notorious for beetle kill and heavy dead and down fuels. Firefighters are on scene including smokejumpers and more resources have been ordered. The fire is already estimated at 300 acres.
