Connecticut: Two people, including an officer, were injured in a crash in Rocky Hill this evening.

Two people, including an officer, suffered non-life-threatening injuries after a motor vehicle crash occurred at 5:47 p.m. on Tuesday, according to police.

Police say that the officer was involved in the crash that happened in the area of 279 Elm St. Both the driver of the car and the officer were transported to the hospital for further medical evaluation.

Arizona: Alleged drunk driver arrested after crash that injured officer in Scottsdale.

An injured officer was sent to the hospital after a crash involving an alleged drunk driver in Scottsdale on Saturday night, authorities said Tuesday.

A Scottsdale police SUV, which was unoccupied, marked and had its lights on, was at a traffic stop when a woman driving a white Volkswagen Tiguan ran into it.

The crash pushed the police SUV into another police SUV that was in front of it.

The second police SUV had an officer inside. That officer suffered injuries that are considered non-life-threatening.

To be clear, the lawsuit I filed today seeks relief directly from the Supreme Court based on authority of the Texas Constitution, Section 22 of the Government Code & Supreme Court precedent.

I am not seeking relief from a trial court under Chapter 66 of the Civil Practice & Remedies Code.

The runaway Democrats must be held accountable immediately.

This letter is filed with the Texas Supreme Court to make clear the authority I have to bring this lawsuit.
