Los Angeles: At the same Home Depot that was targeted last month, six illegal aliens were arrested by border patrol agents, according to the Department of Homeland Security.

The operation comes after Friday’s ruling by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals that blocks immigration officials from racial profiling during operations.

NEW: The Trump administration is launching a pilot program that will require up to a $15,000 bond for foreign nationals w/ high visa overstay rates to enter the U.S. If they leave the U.S. on time per the terms of their visa, they will get the money back. This bond would apply to both tourism and business visas,  and would not apply to dozens of countries in the Visa Waiver Program.

CBP data shows there were more than 565,000 visa overstays in fiscal year 2023.

Today, the Justice Department published a list of states, cities, and counties identified as having policies, laws, or regulations that impede enforcement of federal immigration laws.

“Sanctuary policies impede law enforcement and put American citizens at risk by design,” said AG Pam Bondi. “The Department of Justice will continue bringing litigation against sanctuary jurisdictions and work closely with the Department of Homeland Security to eradicate these harmful policies around the country.”

ICE has higher detention standards than most U.S. prisons that hold actual U.S. citizens.

Make no mistake, these types of lies are contributing to the over 830% increase in assaults on the men and women of ICE who put their lives on the line every day to arrest violent criminal illegal aliens to protect and defend the lives of American citizens.

NEW: ICE arrested Ivan Rene Mendoza Meza, a criminal illegal alien from Honduras and known MS-13 gang member. Mendoza’s criminal history includes fentanyl trafficking charges in Rhode Island.

ICE lodged a request with local and state authorities to turn the criminal illegal alien over to immigration authorities, following his arrest for fentanyl trafficking. Unfortunately, the 6th District Court of Rhode Island ignored the ICE detainer and released this public safety threat back into American communities. Despite these reckless sanctuary policies, ICE officers still arrested Mendoza.

Sanctuary politicians must stop endangering American lives by releasing criminals illegal aliens like this MS-13 gang member into American neighborhoods.
