BREAKING🍿: FBI Director Kash Patel found a trove of sensitive documents related to the origins of the Trump–Russia probe buried in multiple "burn bags" in a secret room inside the bureau, sources familiar with the incident told Fox News Digital.

Sources told Fox News Digital that the "burn bag" system is used to destroy documents designated as classified or higher.

Sources told Fox News Digital that multiple burn bags were found and filled with thousands of documents.

Sources told Fox News Digital that one of the documents FBI officials found in a burn bag was the classified annex to former special counsel John Durham's final report, which includes the underlying intelligence he reviewed.

The declassification of the classified annex is being done in close coordination between CIA Director John Ratcliffe, Patel, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard, Attorney General Pam Bondi and acting National Security Agency Director William Hartman.

The declassified annex will be transmitted to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley, who ultimately will release the document to the public.

SERIAL THIEF ARRESTED BY ORGANIZED RETAIL CRIMES DETECTIVES

In May 2025, Organized Retail Theft Investigators from Lowe’s and Home Depot contacted the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office regarding a shoplifting theft series in the Sacramento Valley involving a male suspect, whom the Sacramento Sheriff Organized Retail Crimes detectives were able to identify as 32-year-old Tyson John Senovio Renowden of Sacramento County. On May 30th, 2025, Renowden was arrested by the Lincoln Police Department on felony theft charges but was released a few days later on pre-trial probation and was outfitted with a GPS ankle monitor. Between June 4th, 2025, and July 28th, 2025, Renowden committed thefts at Lowe’s and Home Depot locations throughout the region over 100 additional times, even after being placed on pre-trial probation.

Through investigation, Sheriff Detectives discovered that Renowden had been stealing and selling cordless tool batteries and cordless tools since at least December 2024. Detectives determined that he sold nearly 300 cordless tool batteries and over 50 cordless tools to a Roseville resident, who resold the stolen merchandise online and at a local swap meet. Detectives estimated that Renowden sold at least $70,000 worth of stolen merchandise over the last eight months.

On July 28, Renowden was taken into custody in Sacramento County and booked at the Main Jail on felony charges, with more to follow. He is currently ineligible for bail and is scheduled to appear in court this afternoon (July 30).

On July 29, the Sacramento Sheriff’s Property Crimes Detectives, Sheriff POP Deputies, and Organized Retail Theft Investigators from Lowe’s and Home Depot served search warrants at five locations in Placer and Sacramento Counties. During the searches, Investigators recovered over $16000 worth of Lowe’s and Home Depot merchandise.

Please, pray for the Tampa Police officer who was shot in the line of duty this morning.πŸ™πŸ»

Florida: A Tampa Police officer is recovering after being shot this morning outside of the District Two office.

Master Police Officer Jordan Laupert is in stable condition.

The suspect is dead from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.

β€œAs a community, we are all incredibly fortunate that MPO Laupert, a guardian of our city, was not taken from us today after being shot,” said Chief Lee Bercaw. β€œHad it not been for the training, quick action, and life-saving efforts of his fellow officers and the men and women of Tampa Fire Rescue, this could have resulted in a very different outcome.”

We ask the community to join us in keeping Officer Laupert and his family in your thoughts as he continues to recover.

There’s a lot of misinformation going around about the great work being done by our amazing federal prosecutors here in the Central District of California.

Here are the facts regarding criminal cases we filed for assaults on agents or interference with immigration enforcement since June 6, 2025 β€” the start of the riots here in Los Angeles.

53 criminal complaints have been filed and signed by a federal judge.

Of those cases:

9 have been indicted by a grand jury

7 waived indictment and proceeded by way of an Information

4 have pleaded guilty

7 were dismissed without prejudice (meaning they can be refiled anytime within the statute of limitations)

The remaining 26 cases are making their way through the court process and are at various stages.

For those unfamiliar with criminal prosecutions, when there are reactive arrests, like we had during the riots, it’s not uncommon for a complaint to be dismissed so that law enforcement can conduct additional investigation and collect more evidence.

BREAKING: Former VP Kamala Harris is NOT running for California Governor.

Here’s her statement:

β€œOver the past six months, I have spent time reflecting on this moment in our nation’s history, and the best way for me to continue fighting for the American people and advancing the values and ideals I hold dear.

I am a devout public servant, and from the earliest days of my career, I have believed that the best way I could make a difference in people’s lives and fight for a better future was to improve the system from within. And it has been a profound honor to do that work and serve the people of California and our nationβ€”as a prosecutor, Attorney General, United States Senator, and Vice President.

In recent months, I have given serious thought to asking the people of California for the privilege to serve as their Governor. I love this state, its people, and its promise. It is my home. But after deep reflection, I’ve decided that I will not run for Governor in this election.

I have extraordinary admiration and respect for those who dedicate their lives to public serviceβ€”service to their communities and to our nation. At the same time, we must recognize that our politics, our government, and our institutions have too often failed the American people, culminating in this moment of crisis. As we look ahead, we must be willing to pursue change through new methods and fresh thinkingβ€”committed to our same values and principles, but not bound by the same playbook.

For now, my leadershipβ€”and public serviceβ€”will not be in elected office. I look forward to getting back out and listening to the American people, helping elect Democrats across the nation who will fight fearlessly, and sharing more details in the months ahead about my own plans.

In the United States of America, power must lie with the people. And We, the People must use our power to fight for freedom, opportunity, fairness, and the dignity of all. I will remain in that fight.”
