NEW: ICE Los Angeles and federal partners arrested Quoc Dung Pham, 63, and Bo Pham, 65, July 22. Quoc and Bo had previously been arrested and served prison time for the kidnapping and sexual assault of multiple women. They are in ICE custody pending removal.

LATEST: At least six people were shot Monday, and a police officer was killed when a suspected gunman unleashed a barrage of gunfire inside a midtown Manhattan office building that houses the Blackstone investment firm and the headquarters of the NFL. 

Two police officers were shot, including the one who died. She was a female NYPD cop who was working security in the building. Four other people inside the building were killed. Three people were transported to a local hospital and one person died in the building, sources said.

Heroic Officer Saved by Quick Thinking in High-Speed Chase and Shootout:

Last night, a dramatic incident unfolded in Scottsboro, Alabama when a domestic call turned into a high-speed chase and shootout. Officer Lt. Derek Porch was shot in the hand/wrist area with a 30-30 rifle by the suspect during the confrontation. He is reported to be "in good spirits" with non-life-threatening injuries.

The suspect fled into the woods after crashing his vehicle and firing shots at Lt. Porch's vehicle. A massive manhunt ensued, with local businesses providing crucial security footage that helped track the suspect's movements.

The turning point came when Scottsboro Police Department's thermal drone was deployed to survey the area on Old Larkinsville Road. Lt. Coty Durham operated the drone, spotting the suspect unarmed and still wearing the same clothes as when he initially fled. Thanks to the bravery of Lt. Porch and the tactical expertise of the Scottsboro Police Department, the suspect is now in custody.
