Lorain Ohio Police Officer Phillip Wagner died Thursday from injuries sustained in an ambush shooting Wednesday afternoon.

Wagner was a 3-year veteran of the Lorain Police Department. He graduated from the police academy in 2018 and went on to work with the Sheffield Village Police.

The 35-year-old leaves behind a wife and two children. He also served in the U.S. Marine Corps.

NEW: Arrested jointly by ERO Seattle, HSI Seattle USBP Chief BLW, Manjot Singh, 25, is a citizen of India arrested at least 6 times by local police. Singh’s criminal history includes robbery, theft, criminal impersonation, and DUI. He’ll stay in ICE custody pending removal proceedings.

Minnesota: A St. Paul police officer was hospitalized early Thursday morning after crashing a squad car into an apartment building. 

The Minnesota State Patrol said the crash happened near the intersection of Thomas Avenue and Milton Street in St. Paul. 

As the officer was driving east on Thomas Avenue, they "swerved to avoid another driver that was southbound from Milton Street to eastbound Thomas Avenue," explained the state patrol. 

While the drivers did not crash, the officer collided with a light pole then struck the outside of a brick apartment building, causing some damage.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the Suffolk County Police Department officer who was shot in the line of duty earlier today.🙏🏻

New York: A Suffolk County police officer was shot in the face while investigating a homicide overnight in North Bay Shore on Long Island.

The officer was treated at Stony Brook University Hospital, where he is now in stable condition, police say. The 33-year-old has been with the department for two years and is a Navy veteran who's married with three children.

NEW: LAPD investigating another burglary in Encino that was reported at around 1PM this afternoon. 5 to 6 masked suspects broke into a home near Valley Meadow and Woodvale and fled with boxes of items. Suspects fled in a black Mercedes.

"This was a treasonous conspiracy to undermine the legitimacy of President Trump."
