EXCLUSIVE DHS sources confirm that a man here illegally from Mexico, who had been deported once—Is who police say is responsible for causing two crashes in Austin on July 11th—One left a 4-year-old girl dead.

66-year-old David Reynoso Jaimes was arrested in 1997 for possession and intent to distribute marijuana, he was deported in 2005. He came back at an unknown time/location.

According to the affidavit—Jaimes rear ended a vehicle and sped off. He then used the "right turn only" lane to pass traffic that was backed up— Even driving on the grassy median at one point—He then hit another vehicle head-on that was waiting at a red light. 4-year-old Alaia Rose Carrizales was partially ejected and pronounced deceased at the scene. Her family stated in a gofundme page that she was a bright light in their lives and this has left their family shattered. 

The two adults in that vehicle with Alaia were transported to the hospital.

Jaimes was too and when he was discharged, the hospital didn’t notify
TxDPS so Jaimes was walking around freely for two days before he was arrested.

Jaimes was booked into the Travis County Jail yesterday and facing manslaughter charges. Right now he doesn’t have a lawyer or a court date, but that’s expected to change soon.

Texas Rep. Chip Roy in a statement to NewsNation says, "My prayers go out to the family of the four-year-old killed in this tragedy. Unfortunately, this is yet another instance where we have an illegal alien accused of taking the life of an American citizen.

This criminal illegal alien must face the full power of the judicial system, and if he ever sees the light of day, it should not be in America."
