BREAKING: Two senior CBP & ICE officials tell me federal agents arrested a total of 319 illegal aliens at the two cannabis farms in CA on Thursday, making it the largest worksite raid of the current Trump administration.

It’s also believed to be the second largest single state worksite raid in ICE history, behind the 2019 ICE raids at chicken processing plants in Mississippi during President Trump’s first term, which netted nearly 700 arrests of illegal aliens.

I’m told the investigation into the employer at the Glass House Farms cannabis farms is ongoing, as is the investigation into possible child labor law violations after 9 unaccompanied migrant juveniles were found there by agents. I’m told the juveniles are all from Mexico & Honduras.

Criminal histories of those arrested are still being analyzed - as Feds have a massive amount of people and data they're going through at the moment.

K9 PHILBERT APPREHENDS BARRICADED ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON SUSPECT AFTER THREE HOUR STANDOFF

Just after 8 AM this morning, Sheriff’s North Patrol Deputies, along with K9 responded to reports of vandalism, and assault with a deadly weapon (knife) call. The suspect was identified as 27-year-old Yashdeep Singh. Deputies established a perimeter, evacuated nearby residences, and attempted contact with Singh. Multiple other residents were inside the house, and the suspect refused to exit, going onto the roof, while making threats to kill people, and stab Deputies if the Sheriff’s Office didn’t leave.

The Sheriff’s Special Enforcement Detail, and Critical Incident Negotiators responded. Deputies attempted for hours to negotiate a peaceful surrender with Singh to no avail. Faced with the need to keep the public safe, and provide rescue to the occupants inside the home, K9 Philbert was utilized, along with less lethal options, and the suspect was apprehended. Singh refused medical attention, and was later booked at the Sacramento County Main Jail after being medically cleared at a local area hospital.  

Singh was booked into custody for multiple charges related to this incident, including assault with a deadly weapon, robbery, and criminal threats against his mother, as well as vandalism, and resisting arrest.

DHSgov law enforcement rescued 14 children from potential forced labor, exploitation, and trafficking.

They arrested 319 illegal aliens.

They faced assaults, violence, and even bullets fired at them.

This is quickly becoming one of the largest operations since President Trump took office.
