As of June 2025, California’s new “No Touch” Phone Law is officially in effect. This law strictly prohibits drivers from physically handling their phones while driving. 🚨

🚫 No Holding Allowed 
It is now illegal to hold a phone while driving, whether or not it’s in use. Simply holding the device is a violation. 

✅ Hands-Free Use 
Only Drivers may only use their phones if: The device is mounted on the dashboard or windshield, and All interactions are made via voice commands or a single tap or swipe. 

📍Navigation and Music 
Using your phone for GPS or music? It must still be mounted and used hands-free. Holding the phone at any time is not permitted—even for quick adjustments.

It was raining cats and dogs Friday afternoon when Warrenton Police Officers were dispatched to rescue three kittens trapped in a storm drain. The officers quickly freed the soggy trio—but one feisty feline bolted across the parking lot and hid inside the engine of a pickup truck!

Fauquier County Sheriff's Deputies arrived to assist, and it took teamwork, patience, and a little creative maneuvering to safely retrieve the tiny escape artist from the engine compartment.

Thanks to the combined efforts of Warrenton PD and the Sheriff’s Office, all three kittens are now safe, warm, and dry. Herding cats? Mission accomplished.

BREAKING: Two senior CBP & ICE officials tell me federal agents arrested a total of 319 illegal aliens at the two cannabis farms in CA on Thursday, making it the largest worksite raid of the current Trump administration.

It’s also believed to be the second largest single state worksite raid in ICE history, behind the 2019 ICE raids at chicken processing plants in Mississippi during President Trump’s first term, which netted nearly 700 arrests of illegal aliens.

I’m told the investigation into the employer at the Glass House Farms cannabis farms is ongoing, as is the investigation into possible child labor law violations after 9 unaccompanied migrant juveniles were found there by agents. I’m told the juveniles are all from Mexico & Honduras.

Criminal histories of those arrested are still being analyzed - as Feds have a massive amount of people and data they're going through at the moment.
