Daniel Rolando-Sanchez Estrada  is the husband of one of the attackers. He was arrested Monday by the FBI for Conspiracy to Tamper with Evidence, a felony, while they were serving a search warrant

The Doña Ana County Sheriff's Office, New Mexico is mourning the loss of one of its own, who died in a crash while on duty Tuesday afternoon.

Patrol Deputy Antonio Aleman was on duty when his unit collided with a semi-truck on Interstate 10 near the Avenida De Mesilla exit around 5 p.m. Tuesday afternoon. Aleman was transported to MountainView Regional Medical Center where life-saving measures were performed to no avail.

Deputy Aleman has been a valuable asset to the Sheriff's Office since April 2021 and will be dearly missed. Aleman will be transported to the Office of Medical Investigators Tuesday night and then returned home. DASO personnel will accompany Aleman until he is laid to rest, which will be announced at a later day.

Deputy Aleman was 33 years old, leaving behind his wife and two children.
